IKEA Romania Review

Nice staff, good products, unhealthy food, lots of parking. There is a large shopping center next to it.

A store that I like very much and find many useful and good things for the house

Good food, usefull things, a bit expensive and too much time spent shopping here.

Apart from the fact that access to the toilet (without queuing at the entrance to the store) is not easy, the staff is friendly and well-intentioned, offers for all tastes and even 4000 products under 50 lei!

The same as any other IKEA i've been . You can expect the same quality. Nothing to complain. Well maybe if you get them delivered , then you have to deal with the puzzle :)

A store you have no way of not appreciating. Well-exposed products that suggest a multitude of ideas. Here you will find everything you need in a house, many things you may not even have known as they are.

Nice furniture and even better food. Try the meatballs!

Many basic affordable products. A place to find inspiration for home interior design. You can always have a good lunch at the restaurant, or if in a hurry you can grab a hot dog from the ground floor cantina

The worst online shopping experience. I ordered a meal, they worked partially but they asked the delivery courier to pick me up and for the piece that they do not have in stock (although it appears on the site in both locations with several pieces in stock). I have contacted Ikea on numerous occasions to solve the problem and apparently everything is ok, they restore my order, after which they also cancel it. I am currently with an incomplete meal, the money taken and I was twice forced to take my leave to wait for the courier, who has not arrived.

Horrible experience with customer care. I made a request 2 months ago about a product that broke. I had to call every day, I was never contacted, the only promise they made me was that they would contact a superior, they never did. Finally, also following my call and insistence, I was told that the damage is not considered covered by the warranty and that the only thing I can do is return 25% of the value of the product. If the guarantee does not cover it, why do I receive 25% more ?? A bad joke, this is ikea!

IKEA is IKEA. Always nice and always full of people. The restaurant has good food and plenty of space including a small play area for the youngest.

Very crowded. Small car pickup zone.
If cars are placed next to eachother in pickup zone you can;t open doors to fit in large items.

I like it so much because it feels so civilised. The prices are ok, the quality is good, the food is cheap.

The restaurant located on the first floor offers tasty dishes (first menu, second, and dessert), as well as a variety of beverages, including coffee. The store itself is enormous, with many sections.

Didn't get 5 star because of the personnel. Other than that it's Ikea

Everything you could want is furniture, some good and cheap food, many toilets, baby changing rooms, children's playgrounds, etc. For me, Ikea is like a Disneyland in Romania!

Another Ikea Store, nothing more ! Wishing for Ikea dedicated stores toward the country's specifics...

it is third time when happens that i could not find the good, inclusive when they had it in stock. I will go to buy it somewhere else because to go and to park in ikea is high risk sport. I like Ikea overall but seems that service goes down.

Good place, but the prices are two-three times higher than in the Western Europe

It is better go there during the week for less crowded space and parking.
