Super mega guys available, I was 2 days ago to get some furniture, and we got a guy from the living room furniture department, who was missing a little coming home to get me the furniture, TOP.

Shameful after-sales service. Due to their mistake in the order of a closet, I got two less pieces. I called them to ask them to send me the missing pieces at their expense and they told me they would handle it within 72 hours. THIRTEEN DAYS have passed and, after 2 reminder calls, still no reply. Frankly, does IKEA need any introduction? However in Carugate there is a large venue, where you can find all the numerous furnishing offers for every environment. Extensive car park, varied restaurant, cafeteria. Unable to exit without a purchase.

Ikea is now an institution! This one in particular is well organized and has ample parking. Personally, I avoid Saturdays and Sundays, but I take advantage of the evening, as the shop is open until 22:00.

The IKEA store in Carugate is located near the exit of the highway, offers a good free parking, the warehouse is clean and tidy, I didn't need clarification with the staff, it's all simple.

IKEA is known to everyone, this one is no different from the others. What I hate is the eighties style, the almost obligatory paths, one has to spend two hours there, you can't get in, see what you are interested in and go straight out, no, you have to go through the warehouse ..... before get to the cash desks ..... almost all do it yourself ..... and if an inexperienced person happens in front of you .... you lose another two hours ...

I go to the Carugate store very often and I always find what I'm looking for at a good quality / price ratio. I bought furniture and accessories for kitchen and bed, I am very satisfied and especially if you were wrong to buy, are always ready to change or collect the goods.

For me, not, a hellish group full of people who didn't know where to go and go around in a daze buying useless things that they don't need.
