Parking is free and very large, with an entire multi-storey car park available in front of the shop. The exhibition space is very large and is organized according to the traditional scheme of the IKEA store chain. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was there with my three children aged 8, 5 and 2 years for lunch. In the elevator they saw the dishes on the children's menu, but when we went to the self-service they said they were no longer available: instead of pasta with tomato or cutlet they proposed vegetarian meatballs or a slice of pizza, and in addition the price had doubled! A huge disappointment!

disgraceful telephone service!
I bought an office chair whose legs with wheels were not available in the Carugate shop; I was told to check on site for availability. So I did once back home, but the website says that the chair as a whole is sold out, but all the pieces that make it up are available! Same check on Brescia where instead he says that the chair as a whole is not available and in detail he says that the seat is not available. Very well (for me who am only looking for wheels) I think. but for the sake of scruple I try to call the Brescia office.
Hence the Odyssey ...
The single national number (strictly for a fee) burns me in 3 times over 10 minutes only if to hear the record that tells me the costs, after which I venture into the numerical selections: selecting the number referring to the shops in the north, excluding Milan, begins to list the stores in Rome (which doesn't seem to me right in the north and has a specific dedicated section). I try to select the assistance of an operator (even if I already have the article code) but a new record starts that tells me how good they are at protecting my privacy.
At the first opportunity I will return the chairs (without wheels) and I will start serving myself in other shops, certainly more expensive, but where the service simply exists! At Ikea you only save if you do it yourself (absolutely everything) and as it happens you don't have any problems ... A real shame!
