I bought a table and four chairs of which only two have arrived. The staff in charge of the delivery showed up at a different time than the one indicated, he was grumpy, rude, not suitable for interaction with customers, but suitable for cleaning the stables. They also had the courage to say that it was necessary to wait at least ten days to have the remaining part of the order undelivered. An obscene buying experience, a shame.

Cozy and with a space for children ... even if they are too good with lagging parents ... many sit on benches at the entrance of the smaland enjoying the last moments of let's call it freedom without children !!! It would take a fine not money but decreasing the time available through the document ... instead who takes it first should be rewarded with half an hour I have a 15 minutes more !!

Well we can't say much about "new" or not already mentioned by others. IKEA a huge store (in the broadest sense of the word), everything you need at home (whatever room you need) is there ... and even as a variety they don't joke. Everything, so much and well done, as far as prices are concerned, we are average considering that if it is dismantled you still have to do (sometimes a lot, the jokes are not so much to say and that's it!). Clean environment, staff always available (something that is not always found elsewhere) and variety: lots and lots, really. Slightly tiring to go shopping if you don't have clear enough ideas: better a second round ...

Unfortunately, in the construction phase, as often happens in Italy where projects are made by eye, the car park has not been dimensioned to the flow of people who (I imagine) had foreseen. This also causes an increase in traffic in the neighboring streets, already normally clogged.

Gigantic IKEA exclusive shop with restaurant. Despite the huge open and covered parking, avoid bridges and weekends. Easy access from the east ring road exit Carugate.

Convenient to reach by public transport: up to M1 Bisceglie and then IKEA shuttle. The SEL ticket price will reimburse you with the purchase

The best kept ikea store I've ever seen. A real pleasure to be able to observe and choose goods so well exposed and with so much assortment. The other stores throughout Italy should take it for example!
