Full of ideas, but a little messy ... Well stocked ... the accessories are very "tasty"

The review refers to the delivery service, paid a good 50.
Don't rely on the times stated by Ikea: we had the furniture more than a week late (it was the bedroom furniture, and luckily we had another place to sleep at night).

The worst things however were the following:

-The day of delivery do not show up (hours of leave from work thrown to the wind);

- Slow and ineffective remote customer service: they just open a report but are unable to tell you when the delivery will be scheduled.

-Customer service in the shop (Elnos office): we found a surly operator, with a vulgar language and in any case useless for the purpose.

In summary, luckily the furniture arrived (only) a week late, but in the meantime I wasted hours of leave from work and above all no one in the meantime was able to give answers or reassurances on the delivery schedule.
I don't think I'll repeat the experience
