Hello, I placed an order on August 26th by purchasing a kitchen, bedroom and various closets. At the time of delivery and assembly many things were not in delivery. I was contacted by Ikea and decided a new date for the delivery and fitting the day 9/11 from 14.00 to 18.00.
The delivery was not made and I was notified personally by the sales person at 7.45 pm. I personally contact Ikea hearing me respond that they will contact me to define a new date. To date, 11/19, almost three months have passed since I haven't had my purchases yet.
