IKEA Hengelo Review

Bad security, failed at everything, should be fired.

Beautiful spacious store with many possibilities to decorate your home. Lots of choice and friendly staff. In the restaurant delicious coffee and pastries and also opportunities to eat something.

Usually good and cheap. E.g. Led lamps. Also very expensive.

Is very busy, stuff hard to find. I personally prefer to go to a smaller store

I can't believe it, just went to Ikea and got refused. Reason for refusal, that we were 3 people. The 3 persons are a baby of 2 months and the 2 parents. I ask from where this regulation, they indicate to the government has imposed it. I like that is not the government, because a baby of 2 months is not counted as a third person, the employee says after that was imposed by Ikea Netherlands. Ikea may also state this more clearly on their website. Normally I don't write a review via Google, but this really bothers me. Drove for nothing and went there with a different expectation and came back in the cold clothes. I loved to join Ikea but after this experience it changed. Made my own policy versus that of the government. Please update your website.

Way to busy. Good assortment and ample stock.

Edit: On the Saturday night to do very well. No screaming leaves and well walkable aisles which is very pleasant shopping. And rare is a cash register where there was no queue so I was immediately ready to pay. On Saturday IKEA Hengelo is open until 21:00. There is ample parking at this time. The conclusion is that it is best to go during the day and on Sunday. Then I can when it is nice and quiet.

Good store with a wide choice of residential assecoires and beds and everything for living, eating, and sleeping.

They changed the layout recently and although it looks nice, I find the store very cluttered which makes it very difficult to find certain products.

I guess you either hate it or love it. This is a fine Ikea

Neat shop with sufficient staff. Restaurant is in order and for breakfast time there was more than enough sandwiches and spreads

The store is fun until something goes wrong with an item.
I went to the info / service twice for one drawer in a bathroom cabinet. First waited 2x20 minutes before your turn. Then waited 2x 45 minutes for a solution.
And that on a Tuesday morning at 10.15 am.

Poor loading options they just park there if you buy something big that is not handy .. says to the employee but he shrugs off what would it ... not recommended so go to Zwolle next time much better there

Top shop, especially ask the staff for the fast routes if you do not want to get lost.

Great place for furniture and household stuffs for every budget. Good for starting a day with a good breakfast (very cheap).

Always bought something new even though you did not intend it.

Nice big store. Nice corner racks of bathroom, living room and kitchen. Heap of small and large trinkets. Mainly kitchen stuff and not expensive.
May like to browse.

Food is lukewarm until cold vegetables are spoiled and dry.

A pity, but you almost have to drag the entire store to buy a certain product. Not really useful when you have difficulty walking

Prima ikea, normal size. Nice staff. Ikea as you are used to.

Always something from ikea that you can use or eat and it is pleasantly busy.

Which is good, since this is the exact goal of having a globally recognisable company.

Great world department store to furnish your home. We have one kitchen. It broke. 10 years old and was replaced by Ikea. Assembly done yourself and you do not have to have 2 right hands.
