Like ikea but restaurant is a disaster. Dirty tables not enough staff to wipe them down. It's all well and good asking customers to clear away their plates etc but the tables still need a wipe down. They had run out of cutlery, the coffee machine needed milk, the milk machine needed milk and the water tap had run out too. Seriously Ikea you need to up your game. No staff to ask anything and 2 tills open at a busy lunch time. Won't be rushing back.

I've never been but I'll give a solid 3 stars anyway as I've heard good things. Susan was supposed to bring me but she cancelled at the last minute. I've 1 less friend now and no Swedish flat pack furniture. I'll soldier on I suppose.

It was really great and there is even a bus that drops you at the entrance every 20 minutes. It's a really huge showroom with modern design and of course it comes with the legendary IKEA cafeteria

Great shop staff are really helpful, products good quality, I had to look around for assistance in one area and didn't get it but I still really enjoyed the experience very well laid out.

Was disappointed in my visit up to ikea yesterday, the visit itself was fine although understandably not at full service due to corona, however after going through the checkouts I was very unpleasantly greeted by a rude member of staff who put a dampener on the whole experience. I have never been experienced such an unpleasant staff member here before and really brought the whole visit down for me. I m not usually one to complain but seeing all other staff members were very kind and nice to deal with during these hard times I was shocked.

Can't assemble item, because holes are not aligned !! Rang IKEA expecting they would fix the problem by sending a member of their assembly team to either fix or replace it, but no, they wouldn't send a member of their team to fix their issue !!! They expect me to drive all the way back with their faulty product. Won't be going back their again.I'll be leaving their faulty item beside the green bin for recycling.

Rang IKEA again & they finally agreed to deliver & exchange item

The customer service and customer experience from ...

The customer service and customer experience from IKEA has been very dis-satisfactory. IKEA were happy to take my money when placing an online order but have been unhelpful ever since. From out-of-stock despite placing an order and paying in full, to changing delivery dates and times without my consent, to costing me time and money. I will be out of pocket by almost 200 to accommodate IKEA's inability to deliver a service and products that were paid for. I will also not receive my products, paid in full for, as originally ordered. After waiting for almost 2.5 hours for a Live Agent, the obligatory "I'm sorry for this inconvenience" strap-line and a 30 voucher is all that I have received despite being out of pocket and with no product delivery date in site. All this after spending close to 5,000 with IKEA on this order. Terrible customer service from a company that I until now had held in high regard.

Worst experience ever with IKEA Ireland! We bought a couch. Was meant to be delivered the following day from 7 to 1.
Issue number 1: that night we receive a text message stating the delivery would be from 1 to 5. We are not available to suit IKEA s needs, why did you ask me to select morning then?
The delivery arrives at 1.30.
Issue number 2: the couch in the box doesn t fit inside the elevator. And the delivery guys from an external company are not authorized to take it up the stairs. They recommend we refuse the delivery and contact IKEA to rearrange a delivery with more people to have them take it up the stairs up to the 5th floor. They wouldn t open the box because they can t take the responsibility in case it gets damages.
Before they go, I try to contact IKEA to confirm this.
Issue number 3: it takes me 25 minutes to reach someone at customer service on the phone, who tells me he can t reach anyone but they would recontact me within 48 hours to rearrange a delivery.
I free up the delivery guys, go back home and try to contact someone else at IKEA.
Issue number 4: this time it is impossible to reach someone on the phone after 2 hours of attempt, we try on the online chat, wait 45 min and finally someone confirms us what the delivery guys had said: we would need to wait until the day after to contact them again, for the delivery refusal to be confirmed in the system. I ask how to contact them easily, they advise us to call at opening time at 9am.
Day 3: I call IKEA (again) this time I talk to a very rude woman, who says there are only 2 options: re-schedule a delivery but it will be with the same delivery guys and if it doesn t fit in the elevator they won t take it up the stairs, or ask for a refund.
At this point: we had gotten rid of our couch, we had taken 3 days out of work to accommodate the delivery, the sales rep at the store didn t say anything when we said we lived on the 5th floor with a 5 people elevator and I can t believe, statistically out of all IKEA s deliveries, that 100% of deliveries fit in all elevators or that elevators are always working on the day of the planned delivery. No one asked us if we wanted an option in case it wouldn t fit for more guys to come and take it up the stairs. I don t believe a company delivering furniture can t deliver furniture... our elevator is not tiny by city standards and we ordered a normal couch (small 3 seater - 2 meters long).
Issue number 4: rude woman is not bringing us any solution. + the line gets cut off before we find a solution.
We try to call again.
Issue number 5: it takes us one more hour to get someone again, who confirms there are no solution.
We end up planning a new delivery the next day, making us take a 4th day out of work.
The delivery comes, it doesn t fit in the elevator. They leave it downstairs and leave.
My partner and I open the box, the couch outside of the box fits in the elevator. It takes us 1 hour to take it out of the box, put it inside, and up.
We solved our issue ourselves with ABSOLUTELY NO HELP from IKEA. For a 700 purchase, it is unacceptable and the worst customer service.
It took us 4 days off work, 1 hour of waiting to enter the IKEA because of the line at the store since post covid reopening, 4 alarms at 7 am on a day off, countless hours on the phone, 2 delivery attempts and backaches from carrying a couch in 2 ourselves while there was a company specifically dedicated to this.

Good prices. It eats up a lot of time if you enter the way they want to push you. Brings you winding for ages through aaaall the showrooms. Speed things up by not going upstairs and ducking into the collections warehouse ie. ask someone at the tills if you can squeeze in reverse ways. Believe me well worth it

Top!

Staff were very busy. Could not get one to help me. No staff member to assist me retrieving my products from high shelf.
The girl on checkout was very pleasant.
Would advise you to employ extra staff that are floating around at busy times.

What I can say, it's just IKEA. Lots of goods, great show rooms, great choice, good prices, bit crowded but I think it's everywhere a lot of people. Big car park outdoor and under building.
