Huge quantity of quality and good value for money products . Staff are very helpful. Loads of car parking space. Display areas are perfectly laid out , perfect for giving ideas to anyone fitting out or doing up a house.

Not user friendly to pop in and grab something. You have to do the rounds before can leave. Great marking strategy. But not great for consumers if you know what you want and you just want to get that item.

Super home store with all you need for your home and more and all under the one roof. Free indoor and outdoor parking. You need a good few hours to view all for the first time. Leave plenty of time and don't be in a rush, great reasonable place to eat before you leave or just as you arrive. Sign up for your IKEA family card before you arrive to avail of shopping points and discounts in food court. Hard to leave place without buying something, lots of bits to choose from. Online ordering available in Ireland at last.

Difficult to rate overall as there are so many parts to it. Averages 4* with decent inexpensive but fairly basic modern furniture & homewares. Every room of our house has something from IKEA in it. Best for wardrobes, beds, sofas. In Dublin store cheap food is unappetisingly presented & there are rarely enough stools for all customers. Upstairs in restaurant is prob far better but slower. Ordering & finding items is usually simple tho many items r heavy so bring help 4 large items. Delivery is expensive in my opinion @ 25 within 25km. Check availability online before you visit.

The food service wasnt very good and staff were not very helpful. They obviously didnt know the shop very well as i asked a member of staff where the beds were and he told me to ask someone in that department!

An IKEA, much like every other IKEA I've seen. This one is about the size of a Midlands town, impractical to visit by public transport (but well supplied with parking), and I have never managed to leave without buying various extra things I did not go there for. It's worth checking the stock levels online before setting out.

As I got to the self service check out towards the end of our purchase I was "randomly" selected for a spot check. I had my son asleep in his pram and my brother was with me. I've come to find out that this is racial ethnic/gender/ profiling. They target women with kids in prams or single men or poor looking people. I've done my research. I had a pram so they automatically thought I would steal something ?. And it's the employees that have the power to generate these spot checks. Appauling. Ile remember to wear my best outfit and walk my son around instead of in his pram!! I'm appauled. I was honestly in complete shock this happens to me . Seriously nothing like this has ever happened to me. Thanks IKEA for stereotyping me.

Oh, how I love you IKEA. You're the best thing to come from Sweden since ABBA! I really like the Dublin store. They could do with cleaning the restaurant eating area a little more frequently though.

Total Disaster with delivery and assemble service. Delivery men broke a glass panel but never told anyone. Assembly men turn up 2 weeks later and cannot assemble the wardrobe due to missing panel. 2 weeks of looking at boxes on the floor, now probably 2 more weeks looking at half finished wardrobe.

Such an amazing enterprise. Lots of new designs among the old favourites. Love the new Eket storage system. My 19 month old had an absolute ball too. So much space for him to explore and burn off all that energy. I wish they had motorized shopping carts as it is a real marathon for people in the whole of their health, never mind people with some disabilities. That said, there is always a chair, sofa or bed to plonk on.

What can I say that most people already know. Affordable well designed furniture and accessories if you don't mind a bit of DIY. Remember to check the space in your car before you buy as you can get carried away. Great value meals in the food hall which you will need as it most likely going to be a full day event

Having purchased a flat pack desk at the store on my one and only (ever for my entire life) visit I realised whilst assembling it at home that some of the washers were missing. I decided to ring the phone number on the receipt for help. After going through several options on the computerised menu I was asked by it if I had time to complete a quick survey to which I decided to skip and proceed with the reason I was ringing to begin with (even if I'd had the time to, really!!). Over half an hour of waiting for a real person to answer later and being treated to 'Beat It' by Michael Jackson on the phone, I surrendered. All this after having to 'maze' through a whole store of furniture I didn't need/want to see. I wouldn't hasten to give it a minus score on here if it were possible. I hope this helps you in some small way!

Would be great If they had a packaging drop off point. Getting rid of all the cardboard can be a pain
