To be fair we just bought a purpose built/ designed wardrobe and the service in getting it selected and paid for was excellent. Yvonne couldn't have been more helpful, a great person to have in the ikea team

All about the Service and after service second to none. Lessons to learn for other furniture providers. Now granted frame of product is not of the highest standards but neither are their prices. Price reflects quality. Highly recommend ---- site could do with an in-house map ie. "You are here.... this way to kitchens etc.".... would make me go back more

You can get everything, anything.. If you want to come from city center by bus, board bus 140. M50 for car. Register for membership for free and you get free coffee on every visit, plus a toy for the first time. Products are reasonably good, tried and tested. Wouldn't recommend sofa or mattresses though. But rest furniture would be handy and easy to assemble..

Always going to ikea has been very good experience for me. Busy place everything is ligocally laid out, food to eat toilets and lots of ideas to make your ho e different. They delivery an experience that other places fail to deliver. Few shortcomings are lack of ev charging facility and one you are near the end of a floor and if you need to go back or forgot something you need to go all the way back rather than having few shortcuts for quick access.

Had to replace part of a bedroom furniture item that got damaged when trying to put together and I must complement IKEA and their staff on the way they dealt with my scenario. 10 out of 10 for a very polite, professional and courteous staff and a rapid ,highly efficient phone staff. They all made a very stressful situation end in a great result. Thanks IKEA.

Local.can be time consuming at the checkouts but thats because it has some good offers. TIP( first thing to do when you get there is sign up for a FAMILY MEMBERSHIP CARD ) with this you can get extra discounts on selected items. Or sign up on line a week before you visit.

It was an interesting, 7/10 adventure. You'll find some good furniture on display and can easily get copies from the warehouse near checkout hall. Just make sure you take a picture of the display ticket. It will show you the aisle as well as the location numbers.

Went in the late evening to miss the queues and crowds although it was very busy on the way and at the checkouts around 8pm.
Went to get 3 items. Plastic boxes which were not available as the next resupply is Friday. 9v batteries which IKEA don't do anymore. Salt shaker which didn't suit.

Many shelves were empty. Of course I basically took shortcuts to get where I wanted to go so it may not be a fair reflection on all the store.

There is actually a small kids play area outside the exit near the outdoor carpark.

Only IKEA in Ireland so it gets busy. We got good value on items we needed.
Food is acceptable also.

Always you can find everything, what you want.

Always you can find everything, what you want.
Really positive staff members.
Wery expensive things.
And quality is the same, like price.
If you are planning to visit IKEA. Then you needed to planning a time. Because with fast in-and out-it doesn't work.

Bought some ALGOT mesh pull out drawers in IKEA a few weeks back. When I went to install, I noticed there a small bag with 2 pieces that must have fallen off as the parts were no where to be seen. I contacted IKEA support with the part details and they immediately shipped out the missing parts.
Brilliant after sales service and will be returning again.
