Great store.
Would be given 5 if I didn't know the ethics of the company as a whole.
For consumers, nice choices and great facilities including excellent disability bathroom with hoist and bed.
Food great prices.
Customer service is disaster! Chaos in the system of orders.
Mmm IKEA.love their bargain corner with discounted stuff near checkout tills.you allowed to bargain more! We did and got it more discounted! Visit restaurant for quick and unexpensive bite.I wouldnt go for hot dog and coffee downstairs. It is not as good as it used to be before! Plenty of parking.
Dublin's only IKEA. Hard to beat for selection and value. Be prepared to spend way longer than you planned there!
It's just like any other IKEA.We were on Sunday so it was crowded. The restaurant was impossible, too many people.
Some furniture was broken of bad use.
When we finished and started to pick up, some items were or of stock
So we're forced to return. They were quite common items, so they should have more of them.
Beautifully laid out. Very efficient and friendly staff. Good quality and affordable furniture.
Excellent store. Great selection. Pleasant experience.
The covid quieting system doesn't take into account the needs of disabled people who might not be able to stand up for an hour in a queue.
Got lost three times in the store, but other than that not bad.
Always a fun trip. Whether u buy anything or not. Kids love the 1.95 fish and chips.
everything you need to furnish your home and garden
Only second time their so got a bit lost but got what I needed
I love everything about Ikea... The goods, the food, the children's friendly spaces. I'm really happy to have an ikea in Dublin.
Helpful staff, 15 -20min wait in front of store. Great offer, good prices.
Only remark is that some shortcut are closed and you must go to upper floor.
Well organised. Long wait to return items when the shop was otherwise quiet
It sells useful and practical stuff, but it's always chaos there, which I find really stressful. If I have to go, it's usually first thing on a Monday morning. So, while I have mixed opinions about the place, ultimately, I can't stand the place. I do ha d to be reasonable about the number of stars I give it; as I said, it does sell useful and practical stuff.
Here's the thing though; we buy Ikea products now, while the kids are young. When they are older, we will get rid of it and buy 'nice' stuff. That effectively sums up my opinion on the place.
Helpful staff and cheap prices, certain sections are understaffed however
Professional staff, most of items in the stock but unfortunately restaurant is close due to Covid-19
A lovely place for all house hold shelves and units. Plenty of car parking spaces. A very helpful staff. A spacious cafe....
Great range of items for the home. Market place has great ideas and supplies.
A great place to have household shopping. They have a huge place in Ireland with lot of space for car parking and the bus stop is close by. They have a restaurant where we get delicious foods. Must try place.
Great selection of products but the most of the staff are very unhelpful. Feels like the customer is an inconvenience to them.
Everything you'd expect from an IKEA, conveniently located at Exit 4 on the M50. The trick is to eat before you walk around, front-load the energy reserves
Typical Ikea store. The parking was full and the store was crowded but it's just they way it is
All your home furnishing needs under one massive roof. Take note of the short cuts so as to not spend the day and your wages there!
Always a pleasure to go to IKEA. Amazing variety and also a restaurant inside too. One stop shop for all the house related items. Big parking spot outside too which helps. Staff is nice too.
Great place for the least expensive frames in Dublin
Cool store with a play centre for the kids. You never leave emptyhanded.
Great to visit on a weekday either early or late in the evening. Very rarely do they not have what I'm looking for!
You go in for napkins and glassware and come out with half the shop lol. There's things in IKEA you never knew you needed. Wonderful logical Sweedish design at a fantastic price point
Great products. Good food.
One of my favourite shops.
Please open in cork. Pretty please. Great things for the house.
Never has the products I'm looking for in-stock
Overall good store worth taking a look if you have time
Good shop for all the pockets. You always will find something to buy
Lovely store. Good variety of goods on offer. Helpful staff with great advice. Worth a visit.
Nice place but prices can be a bit big for stuff you havento transport and assemble yourself.
Avoid like the plague if the schools are off as parents think it's a wonderful day out for them and their children to wander the store.
Only one Ikea in Ireland. They should open a few more in different locations.
Amazing store. I have designed 2 wardrobes in no time everything is made easy for customers. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Even food is good in the restaurant. Spend all day but got everything and more what I was after.
Plenty of parking. Lifts and trolleys for collection. Home delivery service available. Food court. The place is BIG but easy to navigate as arrows are on walkways on two floors. Good shop
I love this place, reasonably priced. Also good for nosying around and getting ideas for best use of space.
Great apart from queue, due to covid-19, nothing can I do
It's an Ikea. It's swedish efficiency. Just like every other Ikea.
Ordered online at the beginning of June. It arrived yesterday but part off it is wrong. I've tried phoning them & web chat on the website but either of them could I get through to. I know it's hard times with the virus & stuff but customers need to be looked after & respected. This I describe as an appalling after sales.
Mad busy .Food court A free for all . tills bulging trying to cope with all the headless chickens trying to part with their cash .mad place!.
I love Ikea. It has everything you could want and more.
