Fantastic IKEA.... i just love IKEA. Great food. Easy access from all sorts of transport.
Nice way to spend an hour browsing and you will always end up buying something.
Food is not good, new cafe looks so good but staff not trained, cold / tepid soup, service took ages but very cheap.
Customer complained soup was cold, ours was tepid an a microwave would have sorted out the isdue.
Great variety types and prices of furniture, households items and toys. You'll easilly find out some settings with arrengement ideas beyond some fast food and snacks restaurants. It is very common see entire families go and spend a fun day, choosing some belongings for their houses, offices and/or clinic.
Huge covered and outdoor free carparks. Don't visit store on weekends if possible as too busy. Some good deals but not as cheap as people think. Reasonably priced in house diner. Main problem is product is mostly bland. So big inside that even adults find it exhausting to walk suggested route. Get there early to avoid crowds.
Only ikea in the country. Terrible delivery service and customer support. Took 5 days to get a bed set delivered to the city center. I can't imagine how hard it has to be to get things delivered to the country.
Overrated..25 minute queue for food and another 20 minutes in line at the tills... never again
Dropped in for a coffee- delighted when I asked for decaf that it was free of charge , felt slightly embarrassed after only paying 70cent for a bun .
Really friendly staff - quickly dispatched any embarrassment I might of had .
Well laid out, plenty of shortcuts to move through the store quicker and of course Ikea pick & mix
This place bends space time continuum and ability to judge between what you need and what you want
Good, little variety on rugs depending on size, but.a nice place to spend a Sunday
Seats in the restaurant all damaged and old looking. Loads of rubbish in the green area outside the restaurant
Good to be able to shop and have a good lunch in the same visit.
Tasty food for good value. A bit of a stressful layout in store, hard to find things and find your way out but that's all part of the Ikea experience.
It's an ikea so everything you expect from this brand is here, as well as the meatballs. Unfortunately it's the only one in Ireland which is really not convenient for people living in Cork or Galway.
Great shopping place to spend a day and get some food.
Love Ikea only go during the week though to packed the weekend's
This place is ok if your shopping in pairs. If you shop alone nobody is "allowed" to help .. all staff stand an watch as ye struggle in and out with your load!
Its has the best food and u can buy lods of funture
Is what it is pity the chairs I liked best were sold out
Your shop is always a pleasure. However I received a 5 voucher for my birthday, nice!! But when I came all the way from Cork I was told that it was out of date!!!! What a disappointment??
Best 79c Hot Dogs in town. Oh wait the only 79c hotdogs in town :-). IKEA is not only about the furniture. And that is also quite nice and pretty affordable
Was there at 9.20 que went very quickly once store opened felt safe and the store was not over crowded
Plenty of choices and brilliant ideas for home finishing.
Family with young kids can take advantage of on site creche where you can drop your childrens free for about 45mins (but depends on slot availability).
I recently found out that they would offer free baby food and nappy should you needed them. Baby changing facility also available in men's toilet which is a rare to see.
There is a canteen available upstairs with choices of foods with plenty of sittings that you can enjoy after or before your shoppings.
Brilliant for DIY
Excellent price
Good furniture with decent price. Cafe is nice for food. Meatballs are tasty.
Creche for kids longer than 45 min... No time to buy a kitchen
This place is the devil! I go to buy one thing! Just one thing! And spend a fortune on stuff that I bought but have no f!ING idea what I Bought or were I put it! It's like they have Darren Brown hypnotising you as you walk in! Get a seeing eye dog and stare at your feet the entire time you are in there!
Basic IKEA style design. Low prices. Good food in the restaurant
Everything you need for your house but sometimes it can be difficult to find help
Don't like the one way system as if u forget an item u have to go whole way round store to get back to it
Easily losing a day and still need more time to find the right product.
Ikea is great place where you can pick up everything for your home
Walked through no queues. Great stacking system in and out effortlessly
Absolutely love this shop. From the moment you walk in you have the amazing show rooms. These give you design ideas and are very helpful when you are trying to decide what to do with a space at home. The rest of the shop is split into categories and everything is very easy to find. I loved my first experience in Ikea and will definitely return in the future! This is a trip that everyone should make at least once.
Excellent shopping experience. Spent too much money though.
Same as every other ikea, great value for what you get
I loved it, it was amazing, bought a great teapot :)
just so difficult not to buy more than is needed. cafe excellent
Love ikea great verify of stuff and good value for money
Great meals at great prices. Be cautioned not to shop beyond your budget. Very tempting.
I was in the Dublin store yesterday 19 08 2020 and was seeking assistance with an inquiry regarding storage units. There was a queue at the information desk and a store assistant named Lucas S asked me if I needed assistance. He listened to my query which was complex and involved some soon to be discontinued merchandise, he sourced the required material, printed a picking list for me and directed me to the correct aisle where I was able to complete my shopping.
I want to commend Lucas for his friendly and professional approach. I had a bad experience with IKEA last year (a product did not perform as expected and I got little satisfaction for customer services in the UK) and was prepared to be critical whenever I was shopping there again.
As Dr Tom Peters said "Ten times good equals one times bad". Lucas gave you one of your ten yesterday !
I would like my comment to be forwarded to Lucas, please.
I found this place great everything under 1 roof from ceiling to floor.
Only complaint creche doesnt facilitate younger children under 5yrs
Only Ikea in Ireland.... large selection of goods.... cheap hotdogs and ice cream
Gave me the wrong items even though I asked them to make sure my order was correct as i was taking them from Dublin to Donegal. Emailed for some help and was told I had to return to store. It's only the other side of Ireland
Great place, good quality furniture.. Food is very cheap not very nice.
Brilliant spot for an outing with breast fed newborn! Lovely nursing spot in the restaurant and there's tonnes of changing facilities. Got what I wanted and got out of the house!
