What a hustle and bustle, especially at the service counter

Ikea is IKEA everywhere ... Excellent prices and many ideas for furnishing your home.

I now drive to Haarlem. In Amsterdam the staff is significantly less friendly. The store is relatively messy: other IKEAs are tidier.

You also have to collect a lot of things in the external warehouse, about a 5-minute drive away. You can spend that extra time (ordering at the information desk, driving there, waiting, etc.) depending on your living location by driving a little further to Haarlem or Amersfoort.

Loved this IKEA (if only for the cafe!). Great selection for lunch and breakfast, as well as the usual IKEA offerings. Well-sized store, never encountered too many crowds and lots of settings to inspire you.

Unfortunately for the umpteenth time without stuff we needed to go home. But back to Haarlem.

Way too busy, you could almost walk over your heads. However, a friendly lady at customer service.

Extremely long waiting times at service desks. Towards the 60 minutes! And that while 5 desks were closed. Then really something goes wrong with your management.

Bot much to say really, the IKEA experience is more or less the same. They do have vegeterian hot dogs at the exit, besides the normal ones with "meat".
When you get out of the metro, follow the people with blue ikea bags, since it will feel like you ended up in nowhere for a second.

As always, you go to the IKEA with a plan in mind but get lost in the many rooms they provide. Which is both infuriating as it is inspiring.

My fiance and I went and visited the IKEA to look at PAX closets, some couches and bookcases. We saw many different versions, set-ups and got a good look at the many designs inside the many displayed items. But it was a hard decision.

Even with all the wonderful versions and many choices, we weren't sure what to pick. So with the help of one of the friendly staff members nearby, we designed our own two closets for a reasonable price, picked out a nice comfy couch and chair and even found some items we didnt even knew we needed.

Overal, it was an amazingly productive 3 hours and eventhough it was very busy, as always; The dinner we had was nice too.

A very well-stocked home store with the well-known Ikea quality. Easily accessible, plenty of parking space. Clean toilets including disabled toilet. Lift from parking garage to upper floors. Clean, good restaurant.

Poor pick-up service, disorderly and chaotic, unclear and long waiting times.

2 Hinges: 4 x in line, pick up at a different location, more than an hour waiting all together. Seriously IKEA?

People just don't take distance into account, otherwise fine.

Ordering a desk, waiting time about 40 minutes. Then there is little stock and can only deliver after 3 weeks.

Too bad that what we came for was no longer present, but in itself a spacious store with something for everyone

Fine shop friendly staff good service and you can buy everything and super nice coffee really a day out at Ikea

I debunk that everyone knows what ikea is, only weird that a product is sold out in Amsterdam for 2 weeks while it is in stock in Haarlem.

Top. Very extensive range. I bought a luxury kitchen. Delivery was perfect, nothing was missing. Very good service.

I still had Advent gift vouchers from Ikea, these expire on pb data. Was disappointed that these could not be used in the food market. Ikea stuff is fine and fun for the rest. Delivery costs I find difficult to estimate wanted to buy a desk last but found the delivery costs so high that I did not do it.

Typical IKEA, big and far away from the central. The place itself is good and nice service, but it is too far away from the metro station, like 10min walk. It's not good to carry all heavy things to the station

Dirty smell from WC, Annoying, Amersfoort is nicer and well arranged than Amsterdam

Ikea store was fine in itself and well prepared in terms of Corona. But for goods collection, the waiting time was at least twice as long as stated (more than hours). We had to leave earlier to pick up our children from daycare and so back later to get our bought stuff

Big parking space in the basement. Store has a restaurant in the first floor and a snack section in the ground floor. A lot of collections are available. You have to start from the first floor next to the restaurant. The sections are numbered from 1. There are shortcuts to bypass several sections. You'll easily spend a day here if you are planning to check all the sections. So plan accordingly.

Very nice store where you can find everything for decorating your house

The cupboards were fine and the service too, 1 star because there are no more pencils. I don't understand this. The pencils are iconic for Ikea and they are no longer there. Never again Ikea.

More than half an hour waiting to checkout is really not customer friendly

ikea restaurant is fine, but if you planning to visit only restaurant - you have to know that no short way to leave building, with skipping ikea shop

Oh well you can buy your things there!
