Nice assortment, but a little too many people on a Sunday in August

Fine housing but the price does not correspond to the fact that it is further away from Uni.

5 wrong deliveries 6 months ago and still no one has dealt with my case, customer service can not help, it must be done via the complaints website

Very nice shop with lots of interesting furniture, all in good quality. It may be a little crowded in between because there are many visitors but one can still get around.
Have used the store myself several times and would probably also continue to come there.

Ikea is Ikea. It takes a whole morning or an evening to pick up quite a few items, but friendly service and good furniture at a price that is affordable. The concept is an entire institution out in additional sales. There is always some accessory to bring and once you have paid for your furniture it is almost a shame to leave the store without the obligatory set of a French hot dog and a soft ice cream

IKEA Aarhus has got a play area, which is supervised by IKEA employees, you check in with your children and check them out again when you pick up. Then the adults can go to IKEA while the children are being looked after. After that, you can take the family lunch at IKEA. In fact, it couldn't be easier

Their trailer system doesn't work very well on my phone. Had to borrow a key twice. Otherwise have one of the latest Samsung models

But the box office clerk was a mad and impatient lady who just threw the spacer down of the box tape before I finished laying my purchases on the tape. She just ruined an otherwise extremely positive experience.

Ikea? !! AK yes we have all known had our trips in ikea when we just had to buy a new shelf or a new dining table, or even something for the kitchen our new apartment our house or the children's rooms. But for some the first time is always confusing, but don't worry ikea has everything and I really mean everything yes, you will probably assemble your closet yourself but there is always a nice guide included, and then ikea's people are always ready to help , you get hungry in the middle of the big shopping, so do not despair ikea has a large department with everything from warm dishes to various desserts. For this you can also buy coffee tea and soda water etc etc. ikea also has a play area for the little ones from, 3 years and up so for families with children then there is also control of the kids while shopping happy hunting

In Ikea it is always exciting to walk around and look at their large selection. It is very tiring. So we chose to have lunch in the rest. Or the cafe which is on the 1st floor. We chose an entrecote m.bearnaise sauce and pomfrites. As a club member we got it at a price of 89 kr. Must say as old remnant. Man it disappoints. The meat was cool. Well done. Pomfrites cold and soft without salt added. Bearnaise a bit snug. Rigid and is one of the finishes made directly from the bucket. Total. A big disappointment.

As an IKEA now once is. They had all the items I needed, there were staff in all departments to ask, and they were good at asking customers if they needed help.

Great place to buy furniture and other home supplies. The cafeteria is okay, compared to the prices.

Never again ikea. Was promised delivery of my daughter's new bed at 16 different times. We called ikea no less than 30 times without being able to get in touch with anything other than an answering machine.

In future, I will only buy locally, where delivery takes place at the agreed time.

Why on earth do you have a track and trace system when it's completely out of order? Well, yes, because then you can hang the fault up on some hassle with the haulier. Maybe the car had got the Corona.

One would think that ikea can do better than delivery between 8-21. One would think that ikea would have a better telecommunications system, perhaps one with call back function.

Perhaps one of the world's richest corporations should just marginally turn down their profit margin and slightly up the service level.

Pay special attention if you buy a kitchen at IKEA !! We have bought new kitchen including white goods. When we received our oven, which we paid 2000 kr for, there was only 1 grate and 1 baking pan with, which we had not been informed about in the store. After about 1 week our hours on the stove are broken. A repairman comes out to look at it, but tells us that the watch only works after 30 minutes !! So ie. If you have to cook in the oven, which must be less than 30 minutes, then you cannot use the timer. Beautiful IKEA! Ie We have a timer that we hardly get used to and which is not exactly accurate. In addition, the paint on our doors has already started to peel off after 1 month. In addition, we had an appointment with IKEA when we ordered the kitchen, that we should have our sink under the glue in the worktop, and we would even get it done by a carpenter. IKEA helps us choose a table top, which becomes a laminate. As we then receive both the worktop and the sink, the carpenter tells us that it is not possible to sublime a wash in laminate !! and the sink we got from IKEA is not for an underglue .. again, GREAT IKEA! It has become clear to us that we do not buy kitchen at IKEA again after this round ...

Had bought too many cupboard doors and hinges and would return. Could not find the paper receipt. Remember I have an Ikea Family card and found the receipt online. The young man at Ikea said that this TIME he would refund when I had my electronic receipt - but otherwise in the future I would first have to find it on my PC (?) It is then customer service - first I am told, that I have fooled myself (he did not hide it) and then I got an incomprehensible guide to what I should have done. What I should do now is avoid Ikea if I can. That is what I want to do in the future.

We were supposed to eat ice cream for DKK 5 but ended up spending DKK 1500 on things we suddenly needed.

It was okay but the food is not worth it. They have many good things so that was okay

Long wait at the checkouts. Not open enough. The food in the bistro was decidedly bad. The ground beef was dry and filled with cartilage pieces.

Very good IKEA with many good furniture and various household items.

The cafe: we came when they opened, the coke tasted of chlorine, told the waitress he didn't believe it. The grapes for the brunch were fermented. That's not how things tend to be in the cafe

Value for money and you can easily return if you don't want and if it's not as expected. Fairly good restaurant with decent vegetarian options. However, when applied for IKEA finance they reject it twice without giving a reason. When you don't know the reason it's always hard to know when one can apply or not.

Best Ikea in Aarhus, but a little plenty of exercise to do
