Never again ikea. Was promised delivery of my daughter's new bed at 16 different times. We called ikea no less than 30 times without being able to get in touch with anything other than an answering machine.

It is beneath contempt!

In future, I will only buy locally, where delivery takes place at the agreed time.

Why on earth do you have a track and trace system when it's completely out of order? Well, yes, because then you can hang the fault up on some hassle with the haulier. Maybe the car had got the Corona.

One would think that ikea can do better than delivery between 8-21. One would think that ikea would have a better telecommunications system, perhaps one with call back function.

Perhaps one of the world's richest corporations should just marginally turn down their profit margin and slightly up the service level.

To Hell with ikea!
