It's IKEA, so you know what to expect in terms of selection, prices and shop layout. You can find great things at cheap prices and you can find overpriced junk. It's all about keeping your eyes open. I have to admit that I've never been a hardcore IKEA fan, but for cheap stuff it's ok. Just know what you are getting. This IKEA is recently renovated and have fantastic parking.

Super nice place, but when you have a mom who loves to shop it is super boring but you always find somewhere to sit.

Nice that you can buy at IKEA, but very messy and you stood too close while waiting for the item.

Worst experience ever!! Just moved from UK and bought matress+bed through Click&Collect service(which add additional cost for this service -100DKK). Came 3 hours later to collect but items were not there. Asked at collection till for them and was told that they are on way. Waited for over 2 hours and had to cancel Taxi driver aswell.Either they got lost or it was system error but nothing was done in that time period. Later, I was told that next time I should order as normal to avoid this and probably I missunderstood how the service works. Do not make sense to me if I pay for service and not getting it!!!

The best place to eat and buy so stuff for home, especially if you're ikea family member.

Has everything for the house. Huge, so you have to be willing to go far.

Why some things should be found on 'take the shelves' and others from the remote store is a mystery to me .. It gave waiting time both in the store (to get a piece of paper) and afterwards when we were waiting for things ..

Impressive every time, great exhibits and good prices. I'm always inspired to buy something. The restaurant disappointed a little today, nusset and small portions but it was also close to closing time.

IKEA shopping can be quick if you know what to use and have found it in the app beforehand

Had looked at a sofa that I liked but could only be obtained in Aalborg unfortunately

It is generally confusing to walk around the store, but once you find what you need it is easy and straightforward to get paid

Uha it's a place I hate to come, a trade that could last 10 min. takes almost an hour because you are whipped to have the whole labyrinth around and because they do not have online shopping on delivery and saw their sausage bar cheap but you also get what you pay for, half cold sausage and bread and self service and no remoulade.

I love that they decorate small apartments so you can see their products in context.

There's always something you did not know you needed! Huge department store, but fortunately also a fine restaurant with a reasonably basic selection, also for vegetarians.
Easy to find around and very rarely sold out.

Here you can spend hours walking and oozing. And you always come out with a stool :-)

It's a nice place but crying / boring your child There is a small country from 3 years to 11 years old
But the staff helps quite a bit
And you can get everything you need
There is therefore a red shop at the checkout
It's the same thing but reduced price
And used

Good and informal atmosphere with good food and cake - not expensive.

I love ikea, you can find a pretty much everything here, and even the food in the cafeteria is excellent

Restaurant with terrible service it was super crowded but they cannot opened the other counter. Slow for an IKEA food. Kids were crazy after waiting for 45 minutes

IKEA sells more than furniture. It sells living. The place is really big and spacious.
For the food at the restaurant, it's okay. It's relatively cheap so worth the value.

IKEA Aarhus is really nice. It's easy to find around and it does not take too much time to get through the house.

Significantly better than it was just 5 years ago. Missing more seating for men

Their webshop is full of deficiencies and their customer service is closed to inquiries. Our plates for the drawers are crooked so it is impossible to assemble it and no one to contact ..

Missed an item that was on another shelf on the roof even the warehouse. I could not reach it and when I asked the employee for help, it could not be possible to move the box ... So maybe tomorrow ... Then I just have to drive 100 km once more ...

This is the second time I came this year where what I wanted to buy was sold out!

Always a super fun and exciting place, with smiling staff who are ready to help no matter where you are in the store

Incredibly poor service. My daughter buys sofa and table for delivery on a Sunday between 9-21, which they did not show up, then she calls the next day, waiting in line for 2 hours. They promise that they will come on Tuesday in the same time period, nor here they show up, then they are promised until Thursday again they did not show up, so they promise delivery on Friday (today) still without showing up. You pay for it to be delivered, and you simply cannot invite people to take time off from work for several days in a row, because you can find out from Ikea to deliver the goods. I have never experienced inferior service from a company.

I have spoken to an employee on the phone who has not informed me properly about product content. I already had an order with Ikea so they could see what I had ordered. Since I then had to use some taller drawers than the ones I had originally purchased, the employee did not tell me that I should order fronts separately. I told clearly what I needed and yet I am now sitting with a product that cannot be assembled because the employee has not informed me correctly. It has taken 14 days to get the item, and Ikea's customer service is closed, so I can do nothing about it. It's so ridiculous!

Lovely shop with good selection of everything and incredibly friendly staff. We usually eat in the restaurant and found that there is a suitable selection of different dishes at reasonable prices and so it tastes good.

Slightly confusing, but they have almost everything

Authentic logistics works for all customers with the ability to inspect products in different exhibitions. However, the atmosphere is very stuffy and unimaginable. This may be due to lack of light and windows.
