I have spoken to an employee on the phone who has not informed me properly about product content. I already had an order with Ikea so they could see what I had ordered. Since I then had to use some taller drawers than the ones I had originally purchased, the employee did not tell me that I should order fronts separately. I told clearly what I needed and yet I am now sitting with a product that cannot be assembled because the employee has not informed me correctly. It has taken 14 days to get the item, and Ikea's customer service is closed, so I can do nothing about it. It's so ridiculous!
