Finally eating some serious ice cream.
It is nice that the coupes have been thought about as normal chefs do, but without making a dull mini ice cream.

The toasted sandwich was not that tasty, but that doesn't matter. I only wanted that to satisfy the first hunger.

I'm a fan!

A while ago I drove from Helmond with my wife to Nederweert for an ice cream. Along the way I picked up my seriously ill mother in Someren. She has serious heart failure and therefore has a very strict diet. My wife and I took a haircut and my mother was only allowed to eat 1 scoop due to her diet. It was told by the girl behind the counter that my wife and I were allowed to take a seat in the ice cream parlor at a table, but that my mother had to sit on a bench or stay outside. My mother couldn't come out so much anymore, so this was really an outing for her. Incidentally, she cannot stand longer than 2 minutes.
It was not super busy and there was enough space at the tables.
Perhaps it is a tip to inform the holiday forces that it is necessary to look at each situation. You cannot simply force people to sit outside alone. Eating a sundae on a bench is also not an option, without a table. Eventually, when we indicated that we were going to another case, we were allowed to sit down at a table with great reluctance. Even my mother, even though she didn't have a haircut ...
This was the last time I have been here. Thank you for being the best ice cream parlor in the Netherlands in terms of products. But you have a lot to learn about customer friendliness.

Normally always good and fast service, but today it was a little less.
The lady with the butterfly tattoo walked out of her body (taking orders, serving, clearing and payments) and the rest of the staff stood behind the counter chatting with each other.
Furthermore, the ice creams were tasty again.

Top ice cream! Also a lot of choice. Friendly service. Just a pity that they go reasonably joint in the year with winter closing.

Good ice cream. But it is so difficult to choose because you have no overview, you always walk from left to right and back. You feel a bit uncomfortable because you have to come along all the time for other people.

At Florence you keep coming back or making a detour. Each time they have some new ice cream flavors. Mmm delicious. It is not without reason that the best prizes have been won for years.

It is of course a good ice cream shop. You can only go there if you are vegan or have a lot of allergies. All the ice cream contains milk or eggs. Very sorry. There is really no need for egg in sorbet ice cream.

Great ice cream parlor where the often busy and can be noisy. Coupes are nice, on the pricey side but better than cheap and poor quality.
It will depend on the type of ice cream, but for my taste it is a bit too cold, yes you read that right. A little more temperature would benefit the taste in my opinion and it was not like it melted quickly.

Indeed delicious ice cream, we often come especially from Weert, because you can sit inside so wonderfully. But today for the second time this month after 10 minutes left, still seen by none of the (too young) staff, even the table next to us still not cleared, while it is not really busy
It strikes us more and more often that there is only one person who has to take all orders inside and outside, he really has no overview of when new guests will join, very unfortunate.

I have been coming to Clevers ice cream parlors for many years. Very satisfied. Last Sunday we were in Nederweert. Of course just went to the ice cream parlor Florence. Unfortunately it was a big disappointment !!! The ice cream tasted great, but the service was a drama / unfriendly. We were not allowed to sit inside with "ice cream" we had to go outside in the pouring rain. While it was very quiet inside. Empty tables / chairs enough. After a short discussion we were allowed to sit for this time. Sad this. Suc6 there! Next time just go to the customer-friendly Clevers !!! Really recommended !.

What a delicious ice cream coupe they have here! The choice is huge. And also good service.
