Best place to enjoy 4 years and end up with a handsome package

Kanpur iit is best. Very big collage . And dream of every indian science student . I am an ex kv iit student and i know how it feels to be connected with iitk . Its proud feeling .. environment is good .. there is a local market . Auditorium .. gym .. houses..hostels ..labs.. schools.. factly .. and lots of student with brilient minds

The Campus is not maintaining proper waste management. Most of the inhabitants using cycling might healthy as well as environmental friendly. What a humble staffs in Academic Affairs Building but security is very rude. A canteen near to Academic Affaires is good and open air.

I visited IIT Kanpur for a short term course. The place has great infrastructure and a good atmosphere. You could see peacocks roaming around. Other eateries like Dominos, CCD are also present.

It is really huge..have many sporting facilities , infrastructure, what not ..

College Infrastructure

The college has all necessary infrastructure, all facilities, and all equipments as well. The class rooms are well ventilated, wifi enabled( the connectivity is not that much good) excellent library that contains all books.

Academics

The academics portion is appreciable. The Teachers are well educated and well qualified. I am studying engineering in electronics and the quality of teaching is literally very nice. Yes, my curriculum is updated and is up-to-date. The approach of the teachers is industry oriented.

Placements

The college holds good placements record, many companies like Amazon and samsung visit the college and provides jobs as well as many internships. The average salary offered is 6 lakhs per annum. Yes my college is supportive in building a man overall and produce great engineers with great skills.

Value-for-money

The answer to the value of money is definitely a yes. The fee is affordable and fee is around 80K per annum. Yes I am getting my money's worth, the college fees as per the curriculum is affordable one. The fees in other college is about 3 L per year but my total degree will costs 3L, which is itself amusing.

Campus Life

The campus life is amazing. One can get great exposure, the canteen and the sports facility adds the glory to the campus life. One can indulge himself in many cultural activities. There are societies also and competitions are organized time to time. We have lots of technical and cultural societies.

Anything Else

You will love the college nd will get all necessary information. The college is located next to metro station. And thus ensures good connectivity to delhi NCR. The Societies will add love to your college

IIT Kanpur is located on the Grand Trunk Road, 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) west of Kanpur City and measures close to 420 hectares (1,000 acres). This land was donated by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in 1960 and by March 1963 the Institute had moved to its current location.

Visit their techkriti fest to make memorable moments. IIT Kanpur gave us a lot of memories along with them not refunding our security deposit even after stating that they will eventually they stopped responding.
But then too, the events were grand, the competition was fierce and the lifestyle was also how a tier 1 college should be. Mess food was great too and hygiene could be noticed in there actions and dressing sense.

Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, established in 1959, is one of the premier institutions established by the Government of India.Presently ranked second among the he IITs but enviroment wise it is the best I presume. The Istitution is such planned to help in all round development of all students in all genre of sports also. Best food is offered in its Mess.Each hall has a canteens attached to it which give services till 2pm. after midnight . There is a marketing complex opposite RA Towers where you can get probably everything at reasonable price. All Halls have xerox, stationary and barber shops to cater these facilities to the students here. You will enjoy and cherish a guest visit here as I have.

He completed his graduation in the year 1991 from Depatment of Mathematics.Can anyone suggest that how can I get his address or any contact details. I searched him in the facebook also but coul'd trace him as I don't have his photo or any other information.
