It's my dream tho join in Indian institution of science .

Did a 2 month internship here, people are very friendly and all speak english while the food at the mess is pretty good. Science is cutting edge even if some of the buildings look outdated (may have changed since 2012). A great place to come study as a foreigner IMO.

Certainly the best science college in india.. The campus is massive.. U feel like going into a ghat section.. Every year on science day (28- feb), it is thrown open to public. U can visit the institute and see the various branches and some amazing projects and demonstrations

Premier institute for scientific research in the country. Pride of our nation. The campus has a beautiful environment which also acts as a laboratory for it's research departments including climate change, Primate lab,etc. A must visit for students with a scientific inclination to really show you how some of the sharpest and smartest in the world think.

i am studing in 12 th n want to go in research field so preparing for aipmt to get admission in iisc for graduation..i wish to get the same..

I have done my project here. Trust me it is too good to work here. Campus and buildings are very beautiful. Am graced to be a part of IISC, Bengaluru for some time.

Undoubtedly the best place (Institute, mess and campus all trio), for Science students in India. For public, IISc is open for "Open day" only, you can come here on that day and will enjoy the air.

This is the place I love most in Bangalore. Once you are inside this campus, you feel a certain peace, leaving the Bangalore behind outside the gate. The best thing about this campus are the huge old trees, cooling down the temperatures a couple of degrees than the rest of the city. Then the academic ambience is the best I have seen, befitting it's status as the top academic institution in the country

The place is densely packed with vegetation which gives it forest look. The place is calm and clean.

Without doubt this is best institute in INDIA. Bangalore is the best city compare to Ahmedabad, Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai. If someone interested in doing research then they should probably opt for IISc.

Beautiful campus, lot of trees, state of the art labs, cheap canteens, residential area for students and researchers. Everything looks good. Enjoyed my visit here.

Amazing place, buildings and architectures shows heritage of it. Very nice invironmemt for reasearch. The whole campus is full of greenery and is covered by trees . As I have seen 90% of students use bicycles inside campus premises. Loved it

Messes are nice and not much costly for food. They offer all different type foods, north and south indian, veg and nonveg.

The best place in Bangalore I've ever seen. The sad part is its open to public only once in a year that's on the OPEN DAY. So many trees in campus. I hope the institute management maintains the rich vegetation in campus and doesn't cut down trees for any reason. I've been there to see my friend few times each and every time it's a new experience.
