Possible location for new office , so far just average but good position...

Bad..clogged toilet, broken coffee machine, no projection screen...need I say more.

The place is well keep clean all around, very nice and pleasant atmosphere, the staff are very knowledgeable and always very helpful, great greeting. I have been working here for a few month now and it is a great place, to be, thank you guys

If there is zero I would not give a star. This is the worst receptionists I have seen in my life. While I was waiting at reception, they pick up ph called with speaker and talked very loud that everyone waiting there were looking each other. Unprofessional, I would not rent an office in here unless they train their staffs knowing this is working environment.

Great location, very noises, tea service poor and toilets lacking

Left regus due their bad for customer service and they only care about money and never look after their existing clients. they are not with the latest trends or times of 2019.

Just awful company please save urself and go to a competitor. They add random charges to your bill and then say they cant remove it because you didnt dispute it quick enough. Then hold ur deposit. They lost 500 gbp a month over a one time 20 gbp charge. No respect for their own customers. Clearly will be bankrupt after this covid mess.

If I could give no stars I would. No working toilets, the whole building (kitchen in particular) is filthy with no hot water. You'd need a lumberjack to chop down some of the logs left in those toilets.

Typical Regus, over charging for handy man services and late fees and coffee.

"It is your responsibility to look through your invoices and make sure all the charges on there are correct"

IT SEEMS REGUS EXPECTS ITS CLIENTS TO LOOK THROUGH THEIR OWN INVOICES TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE CORRECT? BUT A ESTABLISHED COMPANY SHOULD BE ABLE TO CONSUTRUCT INVOICES CORRCETLY INSTEAD OF CONTINUOUSLY MAKING "ACCIDENTAL ADDITIONAL CHARGES" THEN OFFRING A GOOD WILL GESTURE FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKE?
