Beautiful building. .very clean environment ... awesome choice for offices, etc... strongly recommended !

One of the most pristine tower situated in the heart of business bay, bayswater tower is comprised of several multi national firms.

Moreover, ample amount of parking is available at different levels like ground and basement. Various restaurants are also situated in the vicinity of the tower. Metro station is located close to the tower as well. Neat and clean building with humble staff. Two thumbs up.

Like the name the building is situated in the heart of business bay, Parking your car might be difficult or else the building has pay parking system. Accessing the building from parking is little walk but the looks and cleanliness of the building is highly appreciable. There are many offices in this building and for getting access card to access the building can be though the reception.

The problem is about the parking, if u will stay more then 5 min u will pay 10 aed, lately i parked and went to find wingster but found it close and i went back to car to go to other place since staying was 7 min i had to pay 10 aed

Cool waters to hang around with spectacular view of the dubai canal. Not mentioned the lovely restaurants around.

View is simply mesmerizing.
Couple of restaurants and paid parking of 10AED / hour

Great view next to kitchen nation. Great for taking a walk. Or a place to sit with family . Plenty of restaurants .

Parking charges are high, atleast they should give 30 minutes free

Perfect place to have offices not crowded has a reception .. has a visitor paking with fees
