Before I start my review, I would like to exclude the social media coordinator/manager because she was lovely and the one who helped me get my refund. I will exclude her name out of respect for her privacy.

I had the WORST experience with Mylee. I really wanted to order their pro LED lamp kit. I paid for express delivery with hopes to buy more gel polish from them. I emailed them by the time I realised I was not going to get my order and they told me my order was from April, so I sent the proof that it wasn't. I then received nothing back.

The following week on Monday, I took to Instagram to complain that I have not yet received my product and Instagram manager swiftly responded and got customer service to reply to me. They asked me for further proof of payment such as my bank statement and to forward my order confirmation and told me that there is some rare error in my order that has never before happened. They told me they would respond to me within 24 hours with an update. This never happened.

By Tuesday afternoon, I realised they won't dispatch my product so I sent a polite email asking for an update. I was ignored.

It took me to contact Instagram again the following day and to send them an email threatening them with legal action if I don't get a refund. Only after that, they responded a few hours later with a mere "sorry for the inconvenience we've issued a refund" -- lol after WHAT?

Don't order from there, guys. Seriously. It took me more than a week of going back and forth, not receiving my product at all, being ignored, wasting half of my morning on Monday to provide them with everything I can to prove I paid for the product and I had to practically beg for something that I paid for to not get it and to only to be told I will be issued a refund AFTER threatening with legal action.

Save your money and your dignity. xo
