IHOP Resturant Review

It is what it is...But, the fantastic googie architecture survives.

Writing this review as im here and let me tell you the waiters are having some of the WORST attitude i've seen i understand its busy i work in restuarant but they literally rolled their eyes for ordering a side of fries to go not one but two waiters never coming here again

Great place to go when you are unsure of what you want to eat. Great variety.

Quick and friendly. Can never go wrong for waffles!

I thing IHOP is no longer the same! IHOP Stands for International House Of Pancakes But there pancakes are no good. dry, no flavor, plus they don't offer unlimited pancakes.

This place is great for dinner almost empty after noon. I don't recommend coming here in the morning unless you want to have to wait between 15 min to an hour. The wait staff is nice and the place is clean. They have high chairs for toddlers and a discount for 55+ year olds.

The service and the food were excellent. They expressed willingness and encouraged the inclusion of my requests for additional ingredients to my menu selection.

Like coming to this IHOP its always quiet and has a great staff that gets on your order to you fast

Food was cold. Asked for a refil on a drink and got my own refill after 15 min wait. Waitress came by once after she brought our food and forgot about us. It wasn't a busy time she had 2 other tables who were also complaining.

They sat me down behind a divider and no one could see me. I waited close to 20 min waiting for someone to come introduce themselves and get me possibly a drink to start. Nope they were all too busy talking and having a mini meeting at the cash register at the entrance to even notice anything. I got up walked towards the exit and shouted next time you sit someone make sure you can see them. I waited 20 minutes for no one to notice me. Horrible never returning. Never giving iHop business ever again. I will stand outside and discourage patrons if I ever get the chance.

Excellent IHOP location. Friendly staff and wait persons.

It was packed. Not enough staff. The staff were trying but Management needs to hire more people and adequately staff!

I like everything except their burgers. dennys burgers are so much better. ihops beef tastes like cafeteria beef and Denny's feels like it just came fresh off the grill. other than that they are pretty good.

Had a ham cheese mushroom and tomato omlet hash browns wheat toast and coffee....23.00$.

This ihop sucks now. They don't have the same menu as some other ihops I've been to so extremely limited options. My waitress didn't know what a poached egg was. When I asked for a second side of ranch she told me they had run out.... How do u run out of ranch 5 minutes after I just got some.

This IHOP always has great customer service and food is always good warm and fast

We were seated quickly and cordially. I had their cannoli pancakes for the first time. They were super delicious! Then I asked for a side of bacon - crispy- and they made it perfectly crispy. The waitress was friendly and the ambiance is very pleasant. I highly recommend it. Parking is free and plentiful.

The worst service and food. All waiters are unable to friendly to talk with. The worst experience ever.

Good was acceptable, service poor. I probably won't go back.

Waiters always forget my extra pickles. I don't get my hash browns extra crispy when I ask for them that way. The kitchen staff is louder the the customers. The female waiters always nicer then the male waiters.

Food was good in the middle of the night, super welcoming to everybody no matter what time.

Probably the nices sitting area you'll find at an ihop, big windows and nice decorations. Unfortunately not so clean but its ihop.

It was a busy day so,We got outside seating so the wait was kinda long and the food was subpar

Breakfast is always good here. They come and take your order quick and bring your food fast and fresh.

If you like IHOPs, you'll probably like this one. A bit more run down than most IHOPs, but clean. Plenty of parking, staff was courteous and service was acceptable.

It.was on a Sunday morning and I have a party o f 10 people with me and despite the fact the we have to wait about 20 to 25 min to be sitted...we have a good time waiting its limits do to the valumen of people at that time..food was good coffee was good service was okay...Overall at rated at 7 do to much people and even they fully staff is always hard to maintain high quality service under this conditions

I normally attend at this ihop in the middle of the night, was just there today around 3am and although food takes a while because there is only one cook, great one by the way, the customer service couldnt get any better. Best ihop i have been to.

Your local George driver Anthony Marez on the scene at Coco's in Highland Park California i - here in the morning and I'm telling you these folks know what restaurant dining is all about they have their patio set up in the parking lot of course with tents and Farm Service the waitresses and waiters here are dressed to a t with the gloves the masks serving up the hot food coming out the kitchen for my brothers from another mother are in their whipping up the mix yes sir they're on top of things this place needs to be enshrine as a Highland Park top eating place or I should say Palace amen signing out Anthony Marez your local doordash driver on the scene taking them one restaurant week

THE PANCAKES SUPPOSED TO BE FLUFFY AND DELICIOUS WELL THEY ENDED UP TASTING LIKE CARDBOARD AND THEY WHERE COLD

We tried to order food but every selection we made we were told that they had just run out of it today. It was frustrating so we got the check just for our drinks and left.

I thought that I hop was a good place for any meal breakfast lunch and dinner.

Nicely designed, friendly staffing resonabl prices good menu's variety.

I want so badly to give this place 5 stars. Why does every IHop take so long to bring your food? The waiters were very nice. The food was delish.
I'd recommend the Spinach Mushroom Swiss Omelette! Yum!
But its frustrating when they take your full drink away and replace it with water, then they don't acknowledge you for the next 10 minutes.

No the chicken does not stack up to the pancakes. As a long time ihop fan I decided to come here for dinner to try their new buffalo chicken sandwich on a brioche bun. Unfortunately the buffalo flavor completely overwhelmed the sandwich and couldn t really taste the actual chicken too much.

Sorry ihop but stick to the pancakes

Worst service ever had to wait for 20 minutes to be seated. And only got 1 cup of soda worse service I ever had. Never coming back

Awesome staff. Price is a little high for food. But waiter recognized I wanted some time to myself and let me be :)

65$ for breakfast for coffee was 4$ for a small pot very bad, other places coffee is free. And the pancakes are not well made, I say Norms pancakes are better and price.

Our waiter was very polite with us since we got there. The wait time for the food was not bad at all and we had at least 4 Stake and Eggs. The food itself was pretty good as well. We even spend more time that we should have just catching up with old friends and they didn't tell us anything

Amazing crepes the best, a variety of tasty breakfast Choices along with lunch and dinner options. Always a positive experience here.

Excellent service great food .. Professional team I liked it.

Food and service was better than expected for an odd location (by the 110-S). Our server was very attentive and friendly towards us. The food was hot and fresh, although it took a while for it to be ready. My assumption was they were understaffed as there were only two other parties in the whole restaurant. We went on a weekday late afternoon so that could be the reason. Either way it's conveniently located near my home. Best place for munchies.

Waiting for 45 minutes for my food is not cool be the last time I go

The waiter had the audacity to tell us if we can pay because he had to leave even though we were barely eating! That was really rude and we didn't even finished ordering the rest of the food we wanted smh

I love IHOP the food here has so much flavor is really good the customer service is great for me at least for me I go around 6an to have breakfast with my husband and we both love it here more then any other restaurants out there

DAMN GINA !! Mcdonalds across the street is looking good right now... Group of 13 waitresses should have written our orders down that would have helped along with hot food. The same math to calculate the bill should be use to serve the food timely presentable hot and thoroughly cooked. Balloon man was awesome.

This is not bad but the cost of food is very high prices

Since this place is mainly concerned with food,I have given this rating. Pancakes are really big but ours was not cooked properly. Very unusual at ihop. Service and ambience is good.

Everything ordered was cold even the hot chocolate on the menu. Don't waste ur time

We stop at this IHOP on our to Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, usually its pretty good. But this time the toast & strawberries came late, our food was not hot and we were told the French vanilla creamers all went bad. This thumbs down for this IHOP.

I highly reccomend this place for Uber drivers at night. It is open 24 hours and great service and food. Has a good restroom and it's right by the cheapest gas in downtown and by the stadium. Great parking lot with night guard too.

Pancakes were OK, I ordered the cheese cake flavored one. The door opens weird.

One of the night shift guys was not giving me any good vibes at all. His body language was annoying, and he gave me an annoyed look when I asked for takeout. He gave me a huge sigh as I was reading the menu, as well as, gave me an annoyed look when I asked for vanilla for my coffee. He also seemed to be confused as to whether or not he put syrup in my takeout bag.

Worst ihop i have ever been service is so horrible waitress seems like they don't know what they are doing, they send us to the patio for our table and our table wasn't even ready, food take so long to be ready. i ask for a fork and they send it to the next table i will never come back, food isn't bad it's just the service.
