IHOP Resturant Review

It was upsetting because they could not find my orderand it was not ready . i had to remind the guest service agent about my drinks . it sooo sad because im a regular guest there.

We love coming to this IHOP our waiter Jorge is always amazing we always pick him as our waiter cause of the great work he does and always so attentive

I've been coming here for a while, it's a convenient place, lots of parking, service is ok.

Very poor quality food and high prices. The restaurant itself is clean and it's open 24/7 so if you need a hangout after hours but don't expect much.

I so love the breakfast Crepes here, very delicious! The coffee is so and so, not the best for me. But again I come for the crepes.

Server was insulting and didn't serve as we asked. Saw food fall in cover and waiter just picked it up and put on plate when he had touch so many other things. I can't go back to this restaurant

Excellent service, on a Saturday morning during a holiday weekend. Upon arrival from our 6 hours drive from northern California, we were greeted and seated promptly. Our waiter immediately asked and brought over our drinks, and our order arrived soon after having placed our order.

Had a very bad experience with this particular IHOP. First, we ordered online and part of one of the meals was missing. When we called the employee on the other line either didn't understand what we were saying or was just not listening. On top of that this guy was speaking in a very disrespectful tone to my dad when they were conversing, refused to allow him to speak with a manager and straight up hung up on him. We called back and asked to speak with someone else and luckily the other employee was able to sort things out, but still there was no reason for the first guy to be so disrespectful in the first place because my dad was not being rude. Then we get to the food, I know IHOP is not supposed to be high quality food but the meals themselves looked as if they were just thrown into the containers, fries and scrambled eggs all over the place. In addition another person in our group ordered a sandwich with avocado and surprise, surprise no avocado, which is the whole reason she ordered it to begin with. Look I understand that things are difficult for everybody right now but there's no excuse to be so unprofessional.

Fast service. But food was not as I've ordered. I wanted my meats well done. But not as i wanted. Hashbrown half overcooked.

Walk then ordered an omelet pancakes within 5 minutes I was eating fantastic food

The server is very attentive and also accommodating too.From all the different pancakes I have eatten, Ihop is the best! I also enjoy the great diversity of cultures international setting that it does provide.Stars and stripes.

Food was okay ; substitute my hash brown for mashed potatoes w/ country gravy . Mash potatoes was not fully done well. We felt rushed the whole time , we got our food and 5 mins later they brought the check . Charged us and in the middle of still trying to eat they came back to pick up the receipt. NOT COMING BACK

Pancakes were good. Steak was horrible. It didn't even taste like a real piece of meat.

Friendly service! Would of gave them 5 but they forgot an item on my to go order for my husband and had to come back and puck it up. I know i Should of double checked before leaving but it was 5 am and had a crazy night at the ER with my Kid. Other than that they are pretty quick and friendly.

The Patty Melt fell far short of my expectations. But overall, the meal was good. IHOP has become quite expensive, to me at least. Next time, I'm just going to order what's cheapest .

Flies Flies and more Flies!!! I think I would ve enjoyed my food more had I NOT shared the outdoor patio with FLIES.... I mean half the floor was swarming with flies!! The patio did not have one fly killer in sight! I mean damn I only ate there cause I was on a tight schedule. The service and food was good.

We were there on a super busy morning and this place runs like clockwork! We still had our meals within just a few minutes. And the food was pretty good too!

Why are dogs allow in the restaurant?? It's not a service dog. Can I bring my pitbull with me??

This is the greatest IHOP in the world, don't laugh I'm serious. Always fast, friendly, and they even let you call in an order for pick up, although the fact they have a huge outdoor patio with an amazing 100 year old tree makes us eat there quite a lot. If it had a fancy hipster name like "Super Galactic Food Station" meals would be like 30 bucks a plate, but they're only like 10. I'm hungry now gonna get a egg ham and cheese melt. ***Updating my review because I just got home from picking up my order and don't have any Tabasco sauce, not their fault I didn't ask for Tabasco sauce just really wish I had Tabasco sauce. Man I love this IHOP so much.*****Final Final update this egg ham cheese melt is incredible even without Tabasco sauce!

Yo, just came back for some fried chicken and my girlfriend texted me like,"where are you!?? You go to Black Bar to talk to chicks!!!???" And I was like , "Relax girl, IHOP4EVeRrrr"

Set down to have breakfast, waitress was taking a bit long, strange because there was no one in the restaurant, as I turned , Mr. roach crawled across the back of my seat. I left

Everyone is super nice, I love their generosity. They pay attention to everything , and care about you in all detail. My favorite IHOP I don't go to any other.

The food was good. We went on a busy saturday morning and were seated promptly and our orders were taken right away.

Love the customizable menu! Was trying to find something healthy to eat and found a egg white veggie omelette option which was absolutely delicious.

The outside seating was great. Our server Jorge was exceptional. We received all our food in a timely manner. That was no easy task as we had 17 in our party.

this place always has a really clean restroom which I like because if they don't have a clean restroom I do not like to eat in their restaurant it makes me think you grows what or how clean is it behind the grill anyways they're very very nice in there I'm always treated with respect they always come refill my drinks right away and ask me if I need anything else what else more do you need it's awesome

Adequate breakfast, but I got dirty utensils with food caked on it.

They never properly staff well for event days. We waited 30 minutes to be seated for party of four and waited on for almost 45 minutes.

Went on a Tuesday and it was disappointing. The quality and portions of the the meals were poor. The pancakes seemed pre-made. They split in half when cut into. Ordered a dbl deck BLT and it was served without tomatoes. The cook immediately corrected by shoving 1slice in each half of the sandwich.

This ihop is always good. Open 24hours a day and is big. You can sit up to 20 people here in a group and they give you your own section. Food is more than generous here.

We came here during DineLA week and the options they had for the special menu were excellent. We all got something different and I went with anything that had short rib. I'm a short rib fiend so I was excited there were so many options for it. Everything was tasty and service was wonderful. I'd be back for sure.

Today's visit was not what we are used to. Usually our visit to this location is one that is very present and friendly. But today maybe our guest servers were a little tired?. The food was good, and even though they were not our guest servers, Arron and Ciro were very welcoming and pleasant. Dont worry we will return.

Food is good but expensive! Hot chocolate in a packet is $3.49?? Really! Pancakes are great and they have new flavors. Got to try!

Had ihop for my birthday. It was great. Customer service was great! Food was good and I loved the singing.

Thank you guys for your singing it was pretty funny to have you guys sing to me I m a grown adult and having you sing to me made me feel like I was 5 again. Love your attention to the customers!

I really enjoy the customer service at the Highland Park/Cypress Park restaurant. They're always attentive and very friendly.

Ordered delivery from this location and multiple items were not delivered. I tried calling twice and no one answered.

Waited to be seated waitress told us that she would be whit us for a minute, didn't come back till a different one finally got us a table, gave us the menu walked away whit out even asking what we wanted to drink. We were ready to order waitress never came back. Instead she keep on passing until she finally took us into consideration and said she would be whit us. Well she passed again whit out even stopping and taking out order after 15 minutes there we didn't get drinks served to us. Just threw the menu on the table and she just looked at us like if she didn't care at all to see us go.

This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced

They ruined the potatoe pancakes like i do not even know what else to say ...the service is a wreck piles of food not being brought to tables maybe they were short that day?

When I go home for vacation,one of the things I enjoy is the quality of the items and the excellence of the customer service especially from our cashier Claudia. When done staff of Piedmont Grocery including there cooks.
