Great and Friendly Staff, never rude, the tables and bathrooms are always clean. depending on the day you arrive and time you may have a bit of a wait but never longer than 5-10 minutes tops. they have an outside seating area in the company of a large tree that gives the experience a little something extra. Plenty of parking and convenient located near gas stations and freeway on and off ramps.

It's a very busy place. We were seated about 10 minutes after we signed in. We were offered our drinks about 5 minutes after being seated. At this point customers were being seated at the two tables around us. The waiter took our order 5 minutes after our drinks arrived. 5 minutes later the two tables around us recieved their orders. By the time we got our order another 5 minute had passed. Although it was busy, they were not understaffed.
Had a long day and needed to grab a bite, service was great and they were very attentive.
Fresh enough for me.... Was busy and still less then 2mins to be sat for 5. Service was quick and great.
Ample seating. Service a bit overwhelmed at rush hour but they served us well considering the busyness

i used to come here all the time a long long time ago. it used to be my favorite ihop! always good food even late at night or early mornings!
It was good but I feel like the portions are not as good as a mom and pops place ? Maybe I just like to support local companies. It was ok

This IHOP has a big patio with shade, I love the big tree in the middle of the patio.
A long wait for food and attention from the wait staff at a less trafficked time.
Really good place for a family dinner , lunch and breakfast, it's also a great place for both types of food you like it's either healthy or not healthy, good costumer service and good food.
I acutally won a free breakfast one time went there. I open a the menu and I noticed a paper that said I won. First time I ever won anything. It made my day. Thanks iHop. I regular visit there we im about to embark on a large hike or biking event. Good food.
