IHOP Resturant Review

Good Food the Best coffee I've had in a long time! and I drink coffee on a daily basis the senior portions and the kid's meals are on point!

One of the best spots of its kind in the area. I will be back with my friends. Prices are appropriate for the quality. They have so many reviews for a reason.

Great patient witress i dont remember her name but she has braces. Best service ever and is on top of things ...

Unfortunately the cups were dirty and the food cold,and old.

They completely forgot about us being there. I got up to go look for my waiter and found him talking to the rest of the crew in a circle. Damn near got myself my own damn hot chocolate.

I've been her many times pre pandemic and the service was sub par, thats changed now that they've reopened. Their food tastes better. Their service has improved.

Poor customer service , when sitting of their choice.

We stood there standing till I someone s made eye contact. Sat us down and we also sat there till someone acknowledged us.
Got menu follow by cold cold water n dirty glass cups . I asked for my birthday pancakes n nothing so we all ate our food , witch it was blah n some what warm . With this said I m not going back

Standard corporate fare. They used to have menudo on sundays, no longer (that I am aware of.)

Great place to take children. Be prepared for a diabetic coma from the syrups and for you kids to be in sugar-induced frenzies.

Pancakes had eggshells in them so I didn't finish them and we saw our food in the window sitting for 10mins before it was handed to us Luke warm

Absolutely worst service. Tried this place after they changed their name to IHOB. Ordered burger, been waiting for 30 minutes and all we got is soggy fries and soda never be served. Will not come to this place again.

The New York Cheesecake is very good. I hope these pancakes Will stay on the menu.

Busy at the times we go.. and has the feel of a big family gathering.. food is good and service is attentive. Large ficas tree in the rear patio is a very relaxing if quieter an area during the Sunday AM rush.

Well.. Service is not good.. The guy seat us at patio I knew were not gonna get a service outside. So we wait half hour and nobody approach us offer some drinks.. Worst customer service at ihop ever.. We leave went to another location.. We went to Glendale by the freeway awesome customer service..

Honestly I came in pretty lit with a few pals (who were also lit) and couldn t even make an order without bursting into laughter. But they were extremely cool about it!! God bless IHOP, one of the great wonders of the world, to be sure.

Love this ihop. Can get busy at times, but the staff is alway nice and fast.

I mean, it's pretty standard for an iHop. It gets pretty crowded on weekends

I had 2 bacon, 2 eggs, hash browns & toast. If l was hungryer, l would have had 3 pancakes, lots of butter. I enjoy their burgers, sandwhiches & fries too.

They usually let me customize my order with no problems. Can get busy with a line during peak times, so service is slow once in a while. Outdoor patio. Seems to have better food than other IHOPs. Coffee is usually crappy, but they give you a whole lot at your table. I love the flavored syrups.

Staying near by and wanted to sit on their patio with our small hypoallergenic service dog. Host told us there was no server for the patio so its closed! What is the point in having a patio if we can't use it. And why can't someone just take our order! Needless to say they lost our custom.

It's rare that the service is bad, but now and then it happens. The food is good and prices are very reasonable. Try the turkey dinner, very tasty. Seniors get a free dinner entree on Wednesdays--buy one, get one free. Denny's is okay but iHop is at least as good as Denny's and often better.

They have outdoor patio. Hand sanitizer on walls. Face mask on while you wait

The food is good the place has it all for eating, only thing is that it's too sweet at times, for instance the pancakes are too sweet or the flavored coffee/hot chocolates. I have sugar to add on if it lacks. Good for groups and breakfast no doubt. Employees are very helpful and make great suggestions too. Please check it out for yourself soon. Enjoy.

Food was okay. It gets cold by the time you get it outside but staff was friendly.

This is my go to restaurant for delicious breakfast and coffee. The manager here is very friendly.
This location has a patio seating area which is big and there's usually less wait time to get a table there.

Service was great and me and my mother received flowers because of Valentine's day. Was not expecting that. Food was delicious as well.

Delicious food, great customer service, manager seems to be a great leader, constantly on the floor assisting his team and ensuring that every one of his customers are doing ok.

Limited menu selections and what they have is on the bland side Lil pricey 1 Belgium waffle is $10.99 . No value meals such as at denny's who have selection for $2 $3 $4 staff does meet n greet but seldom return to check on you no refill of coffee carafe. Clean bathrooms and plenty of parking

Ever since they removed rasberry ice tea we stop going.

Rigo, our server was the best. Pleasant, friendly, kind and very attentive. Service of high quality.

I LOVE the friendly morning staff! Especially Maria! She knows my son's order by heart and is soo sweet and kind!

Oh yes I saw the commercials on TV could not think of not trying out their burgers they are awesome they are truly a homemade burger and no fuss no fancy yeah you could get a other condiments if you like but the true basic hamburger is here loved it I didn't have enough room for pancakes though so I have to come back

The waiter was terrible never came over after serving our food, I had to get up and refill my own drink. Food and presentation was subpar other customers had a similar complaint. The sad part is I'm person to always leave a tip but not today.

Nice out door setting and there staff does sanitize everything was a great meal thanks IHOP will definitely be back

Loved it...GREAT pancakes and good food and coffee.

Waited 12 minutes, no one didn't take our drink order or ask if we were ready to order our food. We were sat in a window booth where it was hot and the seats and table were burning hot. People who came in after us were already getting served. When we went to complain all the management told us was that they didn't know people were sat down eventhough someone sat us.

They really have very bad service the people who took care of us were very rude and bad manners next time I will go to the other restaurants they have better service

This location has a HUGE outside patio. Great for little ones to run around.

Its was good plus you have an option to stay and eat in the patio

Service was not the best pancakes were served cold and it was difficult to get our servers attention I gave 3 stars because the manager was at least nice about the situation and will rectify my order the next time I dine in I may possibly change my review depending on my next visit
