Great experience with IgLou's gigabit fiber internet so far. Their customer service is great and prevents me from dealing with AT&T directly which is a plus. Also being able to check their Statuspage for outage info makes things easy to track issues and fixes.
I have had IgLou for more than a year, and I am absolutely thrilled with their service. The product itself is outstanding -- I have had no issues with service which is always very close to the theoretical gig synchronous maximum. The one time I had to call customer service, my call was quickly answered by a friendly, intelligent professional who immediately solved my problem. There have been no billing surprises, and there is no modem rental fee. I am very pleased.
We switched to Iglou as an alternative to AT&T Fiber primarily because Iglou has no data caps for the same quality of service and honest pricing. So far we have been very happy with the service; we usually get close to 750-800 Mbps down and around 800-900 Mbps up with ~20ms ping (which seems to be more upstream than our local nodes so I cannot complain too much though I was expecting closer to single digit latency) on a gigabit plan. Since the pandemic started our service has been relatively unaffected by a drastic increase of working from home, and time of day does not really noticeably affect performance. In the time we have had service with Iglou the only time we have lost service was due to a very large regional outage, which I cannot blame on Iglou. I would strongly recommend Iglou to anyone in an AT&T Fiber coverage area.
IgLou is incredible! Not only are the prices affordable and more accessible than other larger companies, the wifi is great, and the customer service is so kind, helpful and informative. I spoke with Robert today, and he was so friendly and helpful! I 100% recommend IgLou!

If it is available to you get it! I have had for a year now and haven t had one iota of trouble. The speeds are extremely consistent. No hidden fees or charges to surprise you. If you have cable, dump it and go with Iglou and YouTube TV and save your self some money. An added plus - you don t have to argue and plead with the cable company every year to lower your bill after one of their huge price hikes.
I have to say the internet and wifi I have through this company is less than stellar! I loose my connection A LOT & the wifi cuts in & out all the time. The installation & actual service is from At&T , AT&T offer the same service I have through Igloo for $20.00 cheaper and if you find a good promotion it's sometimes almost $40.00 in savings!

When leaving a rated review, most people either just put a 1 or a 5 with no real weight to the rating. This isn't one of those reviews.
I give Iglou a 5 star and add a high recommendation on top if that.They have excelled in communication with me when ever needed. The service hasn't had one single issue. I have the Fiber 50 plan, and the cost is exceptional if you factor in the excellent Internet service and everything about the company compared to anything in the Louisville area.
