Billing department is awful.. very rude! Definitely lacking in customer service and the way they speak to longtime patients is astounding to me.

Definitely don t come here it s a waste of time and effort. The employees are so rude and treat you like they are better than you. I ve been here multiple times for the same exact symptoms and they absolutely haven t done anything to help me. Save your money and go elsewhere where the staff actually care about the patients.

I've been coming to F.C. Assoc for over ten years, and I absolutely love them!! The Doctors are very attentive, they LISTEN, and go out of their way to make sure to get you well!!
If you give Family Care Assoc. a chance, you'll never regret it!!!

The staff need to learn how to read a form rather and return a phone call rather than have their patients drive through snowy dangerously slick roads on a wild goose chase.

The doctor I had I would put all five star not now seen he dimissing patient because he got in trouble I can't find a doctor that now's be best and a doctor just like him this has effected me emotionally kidding a doctor that I really like that had me and my kids for years

Always have time to get you in...Dr's are wonderful and listen. They also talk to you directly on the phone through the week..at least Dr. Jeffrey Brummer. Excellent place. And the nurse practitioners are great and experienced. They also get on it.
