One of the worse places ever load take 6 to 8 hours. Mangers do something look to all reviews
Is it a wear house or a truck nightmare. People who s in charge of load very slowwwwww

Pretty much the place that everyone tells you about on the reviews.
Arrived at 1230 pm and told to come back at appointment time of 2 pm. Sat parked for 3 hours then finally got called to a door. 11 hours load time. Luckily I'm getting detention $75 a hour, so it's all good.
2 day drive to deliver on Monday at 3.40 a mile.

The worst place to pick up a load . This place was probably open before time was invented cause they have no idea time works. I check in at 1:30 pm for 2 pm pick up and I was told to wait. After 5 hours of waiting gotta dock and now it s 11 pm and still not loaded. I have seen to other drivers that told me they were here more than 26 hours. Avoid this place at all cost it s going to miss up your whole week. Am never coming back here

Good place to work but vaping is supposed to be prohibited , but they let you, I see all the time.

Truck drivers do not get a load here unless you have time to kill! Hand loading with sometimes one person doing stacked up to top of trailer little boxes!

The delivery came in a damage box, and a damaged product (will include photos if possible). In addition, the area around the rubber feet looked as if the cooler had been used. Five day and three emails later, I still hadn t heard from them so I called.
Spoke to a nice gal who said she d send a replacement (no rush shipping available) and a return label for me to send back the damaged one.
I am extremely disappointed

If you have a choice on coming here to load don't do it!! 7 hrs to load!! The shipping lady was very pleasant not lol oh and they won't let u use there pen so make sure u have one when u check in. I will never ever buy a igloo product again!!

Hands down the worst place I ve ever loaded. Checked in at 7am and still waiting at 1:11pm. My first time here it took them 9 hours to get me loaded. Terrible employees who are not pleasant to deal with. I ll never come back here again!

Looking at all the bad reviews I thought I was screwed but it went better then I expected. Appt time was 12pm I arrived at 8am when they opened. I ARRIVED AT 8AM WHEN THEY OPENED...was immediately given a door. Make sure your brokers gives you all the load info. Shipper has a sheet they need you to fill out with a bunch of information before they release the load to you. Took they about hour and half to load me. Weight was 14k pounds. As I was leaving I noticed they were giving drivers paper signs with numbers to put in their windows because no doors were available. Their were a lot of angry drivers because the broker didnt give them all the info or they had to wait for a door. They ship from 8am to 6pm so if you can arrive early please do so. I would definitely pull another load out of here. O yeah no overnight or street parking but their is a truck stop near by. Stay safe!

Dis place is hell appointment was at 12pm noon got here at 11 got a door at 2pm had to move from one side of the warehouse to another door and these no space to move around so gud luc
