The delivery came in a damage box, and a damaged product (will include photos if possible). In addition, the area around the rubber feet looked as if the cooler had been used. Five day and three emails later, I still hadn t heard from them so I called.
Spoke to a nice gal who said she d send a replacement (no rush shipping available) and a return label for me to send back the damaged one.
I am extremely disappointed
