Well-stocked and good hours, my only criticism would be to avoid during rush hour, the waits can easily become 20+ mins. Also, they don't always have mirin, I know it's a little thing but hey!

Bad customer service I had to call 5 times before they answered. I wouldn t recommend this store for delivery they arrived 3 hours late and didn t even notify me of missing products. So basically I had to pay for their super late delivery to avoid going to the store but since half my order was not fulfilled I will still have to go to the store. Terrible, I will not return.
Low quality products and high prices. The employees and service, however are nice
This place has improved over the last year or so. Prices, selection and quality are all better. They also smoke their own ham to give it an extra smokiness.
Very nice place; I am impressed every time I go there. And very good Service too; especially for the collection of recyclable products.
I recommand it.
you can get your groceries pretty easily. it's not that cheap though.
I bought an iceberg lettuce, I threw it 3/4 it was rotten internally I took the sauce tzatzki fountain health she was past date I do not understand the he leaves past date, this company reimburses them 100%
The place is huge, although the prices and promotions are not displayed properly and this really annoying.
Nice location. Very clean. Employees are very kind and friendly. But always out of herbs and some vegetables. And not a very big selection for its size.
Excellent grocery store! All employees are very polite and courteous. The delivery service is greatly appreciated. Fresh fruit could be better. The options for vegetarians are however limited. For example, there are no brown lenses. Also, for the food they have, they are often out of stock. The employees work hard to try to help us though. If this were settled, this grocery store would have deserved 5 stars without hesitation.
They have improved, but the freshness of the fruit and vegetables still leaves much to be desired.
Very expensive, might as well buy at the corner store on st-antoine and ste-marguerite instead of going far for same price
Pickup not ready on time. The new manager offers me delivery the next morning. At noon no news. I call and I am told that 2/3 of the products are missing. While yesterday evening many products were available. I cancelled. Very bad management !!
The supermarket in my neighborhood so the staff is very very helpful and the freshness of food (fruits and vegetables) good quality
Good grocery store, a bit smaller than the usual IGA I feel, but clean place and good employees!
Just finished shopping here and as I was checking out a mistake was made (cash instead of credit was selected for method of payments.) An honest mistake was made which is fine. What was not fine however was being made to wait 20-30 just to pay by the method of payment i wanted (credit card.) The manager was called and even the senior manager. Neither acted like they cared and not once did either apologize for the wait.
They took my initial receipt and "forgot" they had taken it. So I was left with a receipt with only the amount and no items listed and had to ask for my itemized receipt. Then I had to ask again for my air miles to be added.
I get it, its stressful and there's covid, but there was 0 customer service by the manager. They didn't tell us why, only to keep waiting. I was asked if I wanted to pay by debit (would make things easier on their end). I only wanted to pay by credit, so I was told to wait again. The only person who actually seemed to care and be apologetic was the cashier, mistakes happen i get it but a "sorry for the wait" doesn't take much time of effort from someone.
Spent 7 minutes shopping and 30 minutes waiting. Won't be coming back to this location.
TO AVOID! Here, we sell food unfit for consumption. I must be the 359th person to point this out.
Lots of delicious items, a variety of cheese, and salami's
This is the last time I will waste my money at this store. The meat is almost 100% of the time expired the day you go - and you are really taking the risk if that expiration date is even accurate considering the last three times I have been there, the meat smells god awful and has already gone rotten !!!!
I like my IGA, the place is spacious and clean and I find everything I need in general.
I avoid this grocery store as much as possible even if I live next door. It still lacks essential ingredients to my recipes (today: minced meat and leek). Selection of terrible beer. Price more expensive than elsewhere.
I have been going there for 3 years. Service is still mediocre. We have the impression of disturbing the employees.
This is by far the worst IGA I have ever been too. It's so bad that you sometimes find moldy bread on the shelf, expired meat, veggies that go bad the next day just t name a few things.... If you live in that area the Super C on atwater is better! Or the IGA in Alexis Nihon. I would give it 0 stars but you can't
I don t know if it s because of the COVID situation or if they are understaffed but there are always long lines in front of the cashiers.
Decent selection of products but doesn't always have exactly what I'm looking for. Very convenient location for me though!
Poor variety of products and always disappointed of the veggies. They are lucky there's no competition anywhere around
The prices are not displayed for several fruits and vegetables, there are products with expiry date exceeded, rotten fruit still on display, breakage of products, frozen just frozen in the large open tray ... The bread sold has already been frozen so impossible to refreeze ... This store is a disaster!
IGA topetta has been part of St-Henri for as long as I can remember. From humble small market to its current location. Some staff have been there for years and they know their product. Love it but do check at the cashier because sometimes they have price mistakes which can be frazzling but excellent selection for this neighbourhood
Clean and well organized. Nice variety of products on offer. Good selection of micro brewery products.
Priced like it s a high end store. Products like it s low end. Expired products. Sad produce. Mouldy bread. Ruptures de stock. I go to super c for staples and get my veggies from Lufa. That combo is WAY better and actually cheaper than going to the IGA.
Expired products, unhealthy backstore and customer service that leaves you wanting
The cashier kept talking to me in French after I made it clear that I speak English.
Worst IGA I have been to, and it is less than a 5 minute walk from where I live. There has been a recurring theme of poor quality of their "fresh" produce. Highly recommend avoiding this store unless you need non-perishable items. The last time I went, I opened the yogurt on the morning after I purchased it and there was blue mold everywhere (expiry date still 7 days away). Opened two separate packs of lettuce on the night after I purchased it and there was a foul stench and brown liquid all over the leaves (expiry date still 6 days away).
From now on, I will be driving out of my way to get quality groceries.
Great decrease in the choice of fresh fruits and vegetables ...
Basic essentials only. Some veggies items are overpriced. Not many choices. Carries traditional products primary made from dairy and canola/palm oil industry with a focus on highly processed products.
Incompetent staff but store is nice and clean, good variety of products and a lot of specials. Prices are like all other IGAs...
Bad selection, bad prices. Do the detour to the market.
I was very disappointed to see that there was everything for babies, from milk powder to baby jar but that he did not sell a bottle to go with the milk ... Otherwise the day I spent , we could not move freely with our coach in the aisles so it was cluttered with box to fill.
We are far from the iga extra beck in Lasalle ... Sobeys took over the 2 stores of the owners, I am not as surprised, now it would be necessary to do housework in certain departments and management.
Avoid Gisele at the checkouts unless you appreciate incompetence, slowness and contempt.
Update January 3: This grocery store is so scientifically advanced that they have packaged bread in the future.
One of the worst IGAs in the city. Staff closing before closing hours & charging wrong prices.
Every time I went I had to get prices checked because they do not honor the shelf price. I don't shop there anymore
Disaster. It lacks everything. Poor customer service.
Horrible place. Every price is listed to make you believe it's on sale until you're at the cash. The owner should be thrown in jail.
Not my favorite IGA to visit because the place is a little dark and gloomy and their selections are never complete but the staff are very nice and helpful so that makes the visit a bit better.
It's a shame when the closest grocery store to you place is the worst IGA in Quebec. Expensive prices, lots of expired products, terribly long restocking wait.
A very big selection and an interesting layout make it one of the nicer IGA stores.
Super good customer service.
Thank you for solving my problem!
Delivery is good and reliable
Store is clean and staff is polite
As most IGAs the price is rather high compared to Metro/ other stores
The vegetables tend to go bad/ expire *very* fast, compared to other stores, not sure if they are getting grade A vegetables?
The wait time to checkout is just ridiculous. What mismanagement ... we are talking about more than 30 people online, and this is not the first time.
Yes there were products i needed and lots of choices
BEAUTIFUL amount of varieties in pastry
Terrible produce, and poor selection. Way overpriced. Amazing that despite the large number of staff on the floor that shelves are often half empty and in a mess.We use it as a last resort although it is very close by.
Flagrant lack of pastries and fruits and vegetables
Varieties and quality. Smiling cashier. Very nice fruit and vegetable worker
Cockroaches next to the machines for the return of the cans. Often rude employees. Still poor quality fruit.
It's okay. A little bit on the over priced side. The produce is expensive and not so good.
