Nice views of Lake Ontario with plenty of places to eat, drink and play. Free activities provided by waterfront. Markets some days. Ferry leaves from here as well. We caught a tour boat around the islands which was an interesting view of the city. Very busy though on weekends. Traffic was extremely heavy and moved very slow.

Amazing and beautiful place, went for a ferry ride it was awesome. Really love it. The guide was exceptional she told us about the different things in surroundings. It was 45 min of real fun during that ride. You can see big buildings in front of you including CN Tower.

It may not be the easiest of places to get to by car, but if you spend a few hours here with family or friends, it is worth the drive, traffic, long lineups, etc. My best advice would be to pack some food, drinks and a blanket for a nice picnic by the water. Or go anyway, it's like an adventure in the city. Always something new and interesting to see and experience! I love TO :)

Been a long time since I last was here. Place is quite nice, although I think the space is under used. Staff at the information desk were helpful but not the most enthusiastic people. Underground parking is available but prohibitively expensive. Lots of things to do in the surrounding area but not inside the centre itself. It looks like the nights are a little bit more lively than the day.

Great place for a walk on a sunny day. Opportunities to stop for lunch, dinner, or drinks at the slip or Amsterdam Brewery! Plus you can rent canoes or grab the ferry/water taxi to the island!

Ah yes the Toronto waterfront. In the summer, this particular stretch of the city turns into a circus without the tent or elephants. Unless you're a tourist I would recommend avoiding at all costs. There is a great concert stage that almost More

This is an amazing open space we stumbled upon at the waterfront at the bottom of Yonge and Bay streets. There's an excellent auditorium there and lots of room for vendors to set up tents. There's a beautiful boardwalk leading to it and lots of grassy parks around to sit chill in the sun. There are lots of great places to eat down here as well as a well placed beer store. It's just short walk from Ripley's Aquarium and the cn tower and a great place to finish your down town experience.

Too crowded for the area available/accessible to public. The planning of city public transportation like street cars, vehicles, bicycle lanes and bicycle traffic lights control, pedestrian flows are chaotic. Cyclists don't follow their traffic control signals and completely ignore pedestrian rights. They are the most reckless road users amongst all; pretty well all other users have to give ways to them at all times! I pity the tourists who spend monies and their time here just to be frustrated by such terrible city plans.
