Our experience is bad. We have several projects running parallel to each other, and for which we have deployed multiple developers. This is not only with Iflair, but with different companies. The work delivered by Iflair is below all standards. Every ticket contains bugs, and so we have been working for more than half a year to get a piece of logic in a new webshop (and while the same logic is also made in a comparable shop within one month by another company!)
They feel totally not responsible for their own mistakes. (And if that had been a few, but it's just out of proportion.)
So-called dedicated resources also seem to work on other projects.
At the moment it has been scrutinized to such an extent that we have put a complete stop at work and have also held Iflair legally responsible for the big fiasco they cause from their organization. We also set a clear deadline for them.
They are all nice talks, with a nice management team above it, but colleague companies work much faster and more efficiently!
Please be warned. Do not do business with them, because they bill excessively hours.
