Super nice weekend, hotel really nice, view from the balcony 6 floor really cool !!!! staff totally nice !!!! !!!

Very nice rooms and delicious food. The sea view is simply fantastic and there is nothing better than to hear the sound of the sea in the morning after waking up .......

We only stayed at this hotel for one night but did not find it particularly appropriate.
The only thing positive was the view and the breakfast.
The rooms are simply furnished which didn't bother us.
However, the bathroom was very run down (cracks in the tiles on the walls, in the bathtub and on the sink).
The bathroom floor looked a bit dirty.
The carpet in the room also ... on the wooden table in the room was a burn mark ...
The balcony is not clean and the railing starts to rust just like the heating grille. ..
Furthermore it smelled very unpleasant in the "glazed" part of the hotel as well as in the hallways throughout. ..
We had the feeling that we were in a bad old people's home ..
Really a shame because the location is great ...
And last but not least, we were missing hand soap that we had to get downstairs at reception ..
We would not book it again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Room one well ... supervision supi .... for families with children ok ... everything close to what you need ....

Everything without problems. Price performance is a 2 .... for the money should have breakfast.

Goes so! The Plattenbauweise the rooms are very noisy. If you do not just want to relax on the beach, you should take a room without a prefab building. The view in one of the upper floors, towards the Baltic Sea, is of course unbeatable. Therefore also 3 stars.

Nice location with great views of the Baltic Sea ... BUT ... these skyscrapers are an architectural disaster. The buildings should be demolished and replaced with buildings that fit the island architecture.

The Vitarium is a small change for children in bad weather. However, it is getting old and it could be upgraded at one point or another.

Nice hotel; certainly full in the summer; fine well-kept beach. Rooms were tidy. You can also have breakfast outside the hotel.

One of my favorite places - especially in winter, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Very dedicated and helpful staff, even if a problem occurs in the middle of the night. We always come back!

Great hotel !! We have the room in the 10th floor with sea view had. Everything clean and comfortable. Great location on the beach. We will definitely book again!

We have been coming here every summer for many years and are completely satisfied! We always reside in the apartments in the vitamar building, the beach is right outside the door. The apartments are spacious and sufficient for 2 adults and 2 children. The kitchen corner leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom is small but has a large mirror and a tub / shower combination.

Book a room there ... you can't go wrong !! Furnished in the 70s 80s style ... yes ... but the rooms
ALL have a complete sea view, there is no room there that was built in the other direction ... when the weather is nice, a complete dream that is topped by the breathtaking sunset and the simultaneous rise of the moon at FULL MOON ... this is located nearby Cafe "carefree" .. a well-kept beach invites you to take a cooling bath in the sea .. a nice weekend in northern Germany ...

The service was very courteous in the house "Berlin". The staff is very friendly .
It is a super nice apartment and is in a super quiet and beautiful location.
Everything you need is on site or nearby.

We spent a week family vacation here. We had our room in Haus Vitamar - part of the IFA hotel. After the very friendly reception we went on a tour of discovery, as the rooms are only ready for occupancy from 5 p.m. In between you can ask if it's already finished. When we were able to get into the room, we were very pleasantly surprised after everything else that had been read.

The house is neat and clean. There are some traces, but I didn't find them bad. Don't live in the hallway. Our room was clean and we felt right at home. Two adults and 1 child can live comfortably there. Another person (up to 2) can find their place on the sofa bed. There is a small kitchen with everything you need for cooking.

I recommend everyone to stay there. Price-performance

Great New Years Eve party guest on the beach. Drinks are available at the beer car or at the counter. Nice service included. Great high-altitude fireworks on the beach is also included. Great party with relaxed people.

Know the residential towers only outside. Corrupt the beach and deny the view, but somehow belong there.

The promenade, like 10 years ago, neglected. The benches are nicely set up with their backs away from the water. Maybe it's more engaging in the next 10 years

Yes, what can you say, ugly and terrifying, 3 mighty towers that need a new coat of paint I would not think of going on vacation there. Otherwise the restaurant still looks cozy and there is a lot on offer for children, but if I like other places Dahme, Scharbeutz see they are lagging behind here.

The ocean view from the 11th floor is fantastic. Price / performance is right. Hotel is of course a bit old. For families top. The hotel lives from the location.

We stayed at Haus Vitamar. With swimming pool and sauna in the house, which may be used free of charge. Only about 50 meters from the beach, also in winter relaxing. The use of the swimming pool Fehmare, about 200m away, with wave pool and water slide is included daily for 2 hours. My kids love it here!

The description of the offer app. at the marina was the reality. It had to be made only small deductions. Microwave is standard today! The apartment was very clean and everything worked. Ok, the bathroom is getting old, but functional. Short ways to the beach and a very near marked parking lot. The app. had the number 51-008.

We had breakfast and got a good coffee. We were very satisfied

It whistles in the windows like anything else. There was no alternative room after complaint. At night you could hardly sleep. The hotel is used up. Staff extremely rude. Breakfast per person 15 euros And for the price miserable. Have left two days earlier. On demand why, came only the comment that it would be our problem. I could not stand it anymore and I preferred to pay for two days and went somewhere else!

Rooms are well equipped. Really great for a long weekend.

I always find it difficult to give a rating for a hotel because everyone has different demands on the hotel they are looking for.
I only speak of myself now and I can say with a clear conscience my room, my mattresses, furniture, floors, wet room, fitted kitchen, everything was always clean, never a complaint. For older, for middle, and for young people especially with children, small and big ones are taken care of, even a kind of kindergarten if MAMA and DAD want to relax I saw that is integrated in the hotel. LAUNDRY washing zero problem, that is also available. And as far as the food is concerned, you really can't expect more from breakfast, whether you prefer SWEET or HEARTY, everyone as they please. Everything is also accessible for the disabled, in the hostels and the parking lot. Always very courteous people at the reception, the same goes for the dining rooms and the bar. There you can enjoy the night with a colorful cocktail.

Great apartment, enough space for 2 adults and two children. View (8 floor) very impressive! Kitchen bathroom with shower was kept clean and did not look run down, as other visitors have previously criticized. Received very friendly when checking in.
Food was very tasty (beach pizza), cocktails on the beach were ready to mix, but still okay price / performance from 5.50 ,
They were perfectly prepared in the local fishermen's menu from 6.50!
The supermarket around the corner has everything you need for self-catering.
It's best to get an impression for yourself. We really enjoyed the 5 days we were here and we decided to come back next year!

The three hotel complexes urgently need a new coat of paint. The rooms are unfortunately very bulky and minimalist equipped.

Well, for me it's the first time on Fehmarn. Positively surprised . However I am absolutely thrilled about the hotel IFA . The contact person Heiko is top-notch, he goes the extra mile so we have it easier. The restaurant is very good and the selection is just great. A very varied offer I (as a coach driver) long had no more. The rooms are clean and well equipped with everything you need. I would recommend anyone to vacation here at this resort.

All in all, good ... A complete renovation would be needed. Otherwise nice staff, great location, pure relaxation

We have been in the apartment at the marina for 3 days. In short: never again!
We had booked specially for 4 people. Apartment was allocated (you could only specify the number of people when booking). The result was a double bed in the living room and a bunk bed in a kind of anteroom to the bathroom. Without a window, maybe 2 square meters. No separate door to close. An absolute dream. Since the kitchen is right in front of your nose, you couldn't breathe in the room after cooking anyway. If the others had to go to the bathroom, they had to go through our anteroom.
The heating was unfortunately on day and night and could not be turned off.
For the 4th person we had to pay extra bedding. Although 4 people specified when booking.
The toilet and dishes were dirty.
The reception 1 km away ... And the only place where there was WiFi (although it said available on the entire area).
The hotel's own swimming pool turned out to be an outside swimming pool, to which you got 2 hours free entry. Which is only open until 7 p.m. ...
The only positive thing is the proximity to the sea and beach. Otherwise absolutely not to be recommended!

So far that's ok, unfortunately no dogs, therefore not feasible for me, dogs beach is available and comes with on vacation. Vg

After a long day in Heidepark we arrived at around 8 p.m., we were looking forward to a shower. The welcome at the front desk was very friendly. In the room we then had to find out that the room was not cleaned. Dirt everywhere and the legacies of the previous guest. An absolute no go in times of Corona. We informed the reception. With the facility fully booked, this all turned out to be a bigger problem. After a long time and asking again, we were given a small room to wait, room cleaning ordered and told that we would be informed when our room was ready. We didn't feel like unpacking everything in the room for a shower and then packing it up again afterwards, so we waited. After 2 hours we just went there and everything was dark. Nobody had said anything ... The receptionist helped, was friendly, gave the children vouchers of 15 euros for ice cream and 2 beach balls, but the negative impression prevailed with us. It is absolutely not clean (even after the nightly cleaning operation). Floor in bathroom not wiped, table sticky, cobwebs everywhere and the corresponding residents. Anyone with a spider phobia will get a complete crisis, it is teeming with it everywhere. In the room, in the hallway, in the stairwell ...

We will not be back, even if the direct beach location is of course good. If my rating helped you, I would appreciate a "like".

Huge hotel right on the south beach on Fehmarn.
So a great location.
We were on the 9th floor and had a great view of the Baltic Sea.
The rooms are dated but okay. There is also a small kitchen.
If you don't expect luxury, this is the right place.

Positive:
Nice and close to a great beach.
In bad weather the possibility to stay in the huge winter garden.
Super friendly staff.
Clean room.
Free 2h FehMare (wave pool)

Negative:
The WiFi specified in the room description was almost unusable.
Old-fashioned and partly worn out rooms (stained carpet, old broken silicone joints)
There are no elevators, and sometimes extremely long waiting times in the main season (long queues)
Restaurants in the house very expensive

Unfortunately, a bit old and dingy. Too bad, it would be 5min more in the room cleaners and bucket paint already a giant step forward. All 3 apartments of our group also had a spider problem, these sat in joyful anticipation in various networks from outside the windows. These could also be removed regularly, since it is not cheap trivia.
