I totally enjoyed my Infusionsoft Onbroading process sessions with Andy W. I met my objectives of starting my first campaign to generate leads for my course and setting up a referral campaign.
Andy is a very knowledge trainer. His demonstrstions and simple explanations made the sessions very informative. This made me feel confident to continue on with setting up compaigns within infusionsoft (Keap). I also look forward to learning more from EXELA Limited.

Rachael Webber was a fantastic guide and help with my Infusionsoft journey. She took the time to first understand my business and then bespoke her teaching accordingly. I was very impressed by receiving the results in the allotted time as I thought it would take a lot longer! She also sends follow up calls and marketing to further boost my company's use for the Infusionsoft Marketing & CRM Tool. Highly recommended.

My First call with my coach Andy Wroe was awesome. He took the time to work at my pace and yet we got a ton of stuff done. If this is what its like working with Exela, I'm staying connected. Absolutely Phenomenal.

I worked with Exela for about a year, when I was installing Infusionsoft. The classroom training was valuable but I especially appreciated the Accelerated Assistance programme, which focused specifically on my requirements and supporting me in getting Infusionsoft to do what I wanted. I would not only recommend Exela, I would say they are indispensable if you are using Infusionsoft.

Would definitely recommending using him to assist you with all thing infusionsoft.

The team at Exela clearly know what they're talking about when it comes to Infusionsoft. Our sessions with Andy were informative, light-hearted and, most importantly, always focused around the things that we needed help with and wanted to learn. Highly recommended.

The support at EXELA is second to none, professional, knowledgable and focussed on our goals to communicate with our customers effectively. They have made getting to grips with Infusionsoft possible. I really don t think we could have done it without them. If you are looking for a CRM partner look no further.

Exela was referred to me by Infusionsoft. I was completed new to infusionsoft and not very tech savvy and Rachel from Exela literally took me by the hand and showed me exactly how to set up my infusionsoft and how to create my first campaign which resulted on me having over 700 people on my first ever infusionsoft campaign.

My coach Andy Wroe from EXELA was knowledgeable, efficient and a lot of fun to work with.

He helped me to quickly set up an effective campaign in infusionsoft, iron out technical issues and improve the effectiveness of my campaign.

He squeezed a huge amount of value into each session. So much that I had to go back and review each video recording of the session to apply all the tips, tricks and secrets that he had shared with me.

My experience so far with Exela has been great. The team know exactly what I want and are just as passionate to find solutions for my business as I am. They provide advice and solutions for areas which I may not be confident in or haven t thought of myself. I m a start up business and haven t launched yet and the entire process was a bit scary. But with a strong team like Exela behind me who knows how to help I am much more confident to launch. Great advice, great people and great outcomes!

I started a project with Exela, thinking the company in charge of Keap/Infusionsoft training in the UK would be the best suited to set up the system for me and program the complex requirements I had.

How wrong I was, the project went massively over budget due to the man hours of a single employee. There was always a reason like this wasn't working properly or that didn't work. They had recommended I use a third party application to achieve what I wanted. Turns out they didn't really know much about it and effectively were teaching themselves on my money. Towards the end of the project I started querying why it had gone so far over and no one could give me a decent answer.

We then spent hours programming all of our client data in and soon found the system was full of errors. No one came back to us after repeated emails and we had to hire other experts who actually knew what they were doing to fix the mess that Exela had created.

I wouldn't trust this company with anything more complicated than a marketing funnel.

The level of support and expertise given was excellent. Andy really knows his stuff, but not just knowledge of the tool which is of a high standard, but also in best practice for all marketing engagement.

I literally would not have been able to build strong foundations for CRM success without Andy's coaching.

I would recommend this service to anyone starting out or even with some experience of Infusionsoft, and no matter what size campaign.

I had five coaching calls with the lovely Sandra at exela on how to use Keap Pro for my start up business. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and we got through a great deal on each call. I was actually really sad to say goodbye to her on our last call!
She was careful to explain how I can access more help should I need it though so I still feel completely supported in my new venture.

Rachael has been fantastic every step of the way in helping us produce our Facebook funnel and marketing campaigns for onePT - nothing has been too much trouble and she has gone above and beyond our expectations. We are so lucky to be working with Exela and in particular Rachael, and I am looking forward to the relationship not only continuing but also developing as we progress with the franchise side of our business.

Just spent two days with David and Jamie on their infusionsoft training program. They really know their stuff! Not only about the software but with great advice and feedback on how to improve your content. I now have active web forms, a newsletter campaign and a training campaign live.
I would highly recommend using Exela for infusionsoft and their training. They have really helped me to see the value in infusionsoft.

Fantastic experience! Worked with Andy Wroe top guy really supportive and really took the time to help me craft my vision and start creating solid campaigns and structures that im now using right away in my business!

I wouldn't have had a clue without the training and support and it really helped me to do all the integrations and making the sales cycle and onboarding process streamlined and extremely effective.

I don't know about all of the reps @Exela but I will say that the one I have named Andy Wroe is all kinds of awesome.

He patiently walked me through the Infusion Software to help me create a solid campaign and carefully outlined each step making it easier for me to understand what comes next.

Very user-friendly experience and this rep has a great sense of humour which makes it a lot more enjoyable to listen considering how much tech stuff there is to go through.

Highly recommend their services.

I recently worked with your consultant Jamie Ferguson. Jamie did some great work for me and I found him excellent to work with, he having a very pleasant persona and he really made great efforts to understand my business and move things on. I will be working with him again soon.

If all your staff are as well training as Jamie whilst remaining enthusiastic about helping small businesses like myself, then you must be an excellent trainer and employer. Five star rating for you too then

Jamie was excellent throughout the training. He covered everything I had anticipated and much more.
He has great technical knowledge allied with a genuine client interest which means he can adapt and respond to what you want to learn about, rather than just follow a script.

I worked with Andy Wore - it was a great experience. He truly was dedicated to helping me achieve my goals, and after just 3 hours of working together we were able to set up my first campaign. Please note, before those three hours, I had NO idea how to use infusionsoft, and my campaign was no a simple campaign, it had quite a few nuances. He walked me though it and was a great help!

I recently attended two days of courses with Exela the foundation CRM and foundation marketing courses. The foundation CRM course was amazing value with small teacher to pupil ratio. It was packed with valuable content I could start plugging in to my business and using immediately. I customised a contact form for my business , changed my lead scoring and dashboard to give me much better data. This all led nicely into day 2 where we learned how to leverage emailing and campaign builder to get maximum results. Great courses thanks to Andy, John and the whole Exela team.

Great training. Really helpful people who go beyond the mile to help. Additional coaching after initial investment is expensive and I don't feel there is enough time included with the coaching provided with Infusionsoft

I am going through an Infusionsoft Kickstart with Andy Wroe at EXELA.

Andy is a very competent professional, he really has "the spark", meaning that he doesn't just follow the book, he puts all of himself into the task.

He is equal to my unexpected, devious, uncomfortable questions, and so far he has always come up with the right solution to the problems I have raised.

Learning with him is proving a very constructive experience, and I am sure that my learning curve with Infusionsoft would have been much flatter, had it not been for Andy's work - which incidentally reflects on his employer's value.

The only drawback I've found in him so far, is that he doesn't drink, so I won't be able to buy him a pint of beer when we meet in person!

More on EXELA: after having been a trainer myself since 1980, I know good training when I see it. Their organisation is impeccable, from the structure of the online experience, to the recordings they provide of the session, so that the student doesn't really need to take notes - he or she can just go back and replay the training.

Plus the video trainings, which add yet more value to their services.

Rachael and the team at EXELA taught me invaluable information in regards to using Infusionsoft Software. Without their help I don't think I would have got me head around this clever but complex bit of software. Would definitely recommend there courses and their one-on-one help.

Having spent two days at Exelas Accelerator Training and having sent my Marketing assistant to the Foundations day, all I can say is if you haven't yet booked your training with these days, do it ASAP.

The trainers Andy and Jamie are brilliant and make it easy to understand exactly what you need to do and David Hollands knowledge and strategic thinking are second to none. Highly recommended.

It is with great pleasure and without any hesitation at all that I recommend Jamie Ferguson at Exela. He very quickly understood my basic business model and started to highlight the opportunities that Infusionsoft could instantly address. The calls were jam-packed with so much value that I went back to listen to the recordings several times to make sure I had grasped the main points and had not missed any handy tips. Jamie more than met my expectations, which were pretty high from the outset, and he helped me launch three campaigns of increasing duration and complexity. He was on hand in between calls when I needed his urgent assistance and managed to keep me calm whenever I felt the technology risked getting the better of me. I confess that I already miss my regular calls with Jamie and am sure that I will be drawing on his / Exela's services in the future. A big thank you to Jamie for a truly great kickstart!

Exela provided a great course on Infusionsoft, covering a wealth of practical information that you can apply to your business immediately.
The presenter, Andy Wroe, was able to articulate a very powerful system in Infusionsoft, in simple terms, and all attendees felt they had gained significant value through attending.
