Lots of shops, High prices, low prices. good for anyone
Great place but gets far too busy for my liking. Can be quite difficult to get a seat in the food area. Car parking is cheap after 5pm, otherwise it's a tad expensive but still cheaper than some of the surrounding car parks.
Great Mall with easy parking and a great range of stores and eateries.
Shops closing down almost monthly... Poor, and boring experience. Also, the eating quartet upstairs, is always full of blue bottle flies. Absolutely disgusting. Should be closed. Health hazard
Slightly confusing layout and lack of GPS signal makes it hard to find the shop you want. The part that makes it worth visiting is the Eagle Market which has lots of interesting local retailers.
Surprised at how expensive the parking is (more than London equivalent)
Friendly staff, quick service, great food and good value for money. Best restaurant in Intu.
I could spend all day here, but it would cost me a fortune! Great location, close to the bus station and plenty of parking. If you can't buy what you need here there are plenty of surrounding shops nearby. A relaxed environment and very clean. The food hall is amazing, offering a wide range of options to choose from. I would recommend getting a floor plan as there is a lack of plans inside...Enjoy...Freddie
Too full of department stores, coffee shops and trendy clothes shops. I never visit. What we need is a proper open market where you can buy virtually anything at a reasonable price.
Paying for parking at Intu..Card machine wouldnt accept 2 different bank cards ..Got ticket back out paid cash.
Needs John Lewis or House of Fraser and improved mobile phone signal.
Lots of things to entertain your younger children during shopping breaks. The changing/parent rooms are clean and have enough stuff to distract and entertain kids.
I left a picture of two hoodies stealing a bike from outside of Marks and Spencers. Did inform the police, so hope the poor person whose bike it was has got it back. This happened around lunchtime, so not too impressed with security at and surrounding Intu Derby.
Nice clean shopping centre but a horrible musical jingle played every few minutes which can't serve any purpose whatsoever, nice to know it's not played in Burton on Trent which we've started to visit more than the Intu center.
The centre is located within Derby city centre most of the units are occupied by well know businesses the Intu staff are polite friendly and always ready to help you with any questions you may have
A great shopping centre with everything you need and good parking.
Big lots of choice warm and dry and easy accessible
Really good shopping centre with restroom food court lots of variety of shops places for sitting and relaxing as well as major food shops including McDonald's kfc and burger king also Chinese and subway there is a cinema which have luxury seating and can watch films in 3D would highly recommended this to everybody
I got the help I need so to have every thing in one place it is brilliant
Great Mall. Quite big and confusing at first but a great place to do some shopping..it also has a food court on the 2nd floor with many restaurants. Highly recommend a visit
Many great shops and some good fast food place there is also a very good cinema
People ignoring one way system, not wearing face masks and security not doing anything about it when there are clear signs advising people what to do.
Lovely n chilled. Great shops, fabulous choice of places to eat
Intu Derby is a jam packed and fun shopping centre I love shopping here they always have what I want, and in most of the restraints I enjoy the food! And what's better than having a cinema, bowling alley and golf course all in 1 building!
Loads of choice, loads of restaurants and a cinema! Parking is a little pricey though
Infinitely better than what it replaced and much better than other shopping centers in the area, slightly generic if you like shopping centers you will be fine
Loads of shops to choose from and loads of food outlets much better than the Hanley intu shopping centre
Bloody amazing go there with friends to have a blast
Good place to spend a day shopping for presents, different variety of shops, and loads of nice cafes and restaurants to eat at.
Very good facilities. Plenty of high street brands and restaurants under one roof
Fancied a day out.. Picked Derby.. Went all over and explored. Nice place.
Good shopping centre with the usual array of good shops! Toilets are commendable as they have Changing Places for the adult disabled and separate baby changing facilities. The two should never be mixed really as truly disabled people have to wait forever for a vacant disabled toilet. Excellent well done Derby Intu!
Food, food, and more food. Half of the shops are either shutting, overpriced or, oh yeah, food. After a recent visit into St David's shopping centre in Cardiff, which has everything imagunable, I realise how poor Intu Derby really is. The only good bit is the food that is available is quite nice, which is a credit to the stalls/shops themselves, not Intu.
A lot of empty shops, but neat and tidy, security staff very observant, without being over the top.
A secure place for singles and families alike.
Nice shopping centre with a large array of shops and eateries. It has a food court with a wide range of choices and includes a large Sainsbury's supermarket. due to covid there is a one way system and mask are required but neither of these rules are policed.
Fantastic place of you love to shop, facilities are top notch and will kept all under 1 roof.
Good places to eat bit some of the stores are split into different locations as in ladies ond gents dept i different shops
A faceless block. No identity. You could be anywhere in the country. A shame these malls are ruining our city personalities.
Reasonable range of shops but a lot of background noise and expensive parking.
Expensive parking, heavy congestion, reasonable shopping... go to nottingham instead much better
I like the Intu centre as it has a good mix of shops and restaurants. It's nice to be indoors and escape the English weather. This shopping centre does not have as many shop options as meadow hall for example, but has the main ones. Lots of parking and toilets and places to sit down.
Our pushchair was stolen from outside the children's playgroud, as we had to leave it outside, according to their rules. Security personnel told us that there was no cctv coverege for that area. Even the Police was shocked to learn of this. I asked what if a child were to be kidnapped and what I've got back was: "What kind of parent would leave their child outside in a pushchair?" Very inappropriate and disgraceful. I don't understand how authorities can leave this situation go by, in the most sesitive area from the point of view of security. Even though I reported it, no measure was taken. Too big to fail, maybe?
Such a big shopping center. All good brands are available
Same old boring shops you can find in any shopping mall
