It's ok for a 'standard model' shopping centre experience.
Somehow all of the toilets smell really bad all of the time!
The food court used to be better and the Yo! Sushi is the worst I've ever been to!

Lots of shops for all price ranges. Most mobile phone companies in side the centre. Boots, Sainsbury and market

Not a nice place too empty shops and stalls in and outside centre. Place needs a revamp.

It's a nice day out some good shops in here and seating areas for you to rest if you need to. There is toileting areas which are good for children and there is facilities for women who are breastfeeding and they do bottle warming too. There is play areas for younger children. There is a lot of places to choose to eat or drink within Intu. The cinema is also a good experience here too however the food popcorn and sweets there are expensive. There is a map outline in numerous places around the building so you don't get lost and you can locate a specific shop quickly.

Smallest shopping centre for the size of the city, the indoor market many stalls empty. General center clean and tidy

Loads more to do in Derby, with more clothes shops. Easy cheap parking, easily accessible for wheelchair users

It was rubbish,I don't go into derby town very often because it's so bad.apart fro m and s and Debenhams there's nothing for my age group.all the best shops have closed.ill be going to Burton in future,so much better

Some good food outlets like wagamama but packed and short of interesting shops. Support the high street shops nearby like rattle and hum music

The shopping centre is massive, and has every shop you can think of. However, the only downfall is that the toilets are spaced quite far apart, so it can take some time to get to the toilets.

All Hail the great god of consumerism ! No different to any other "Mall", full of exactly the same large shareholder owned corporations you see in every City

Well mapped out love shopping at Intu highly recommend

Intu is the best place in derby town centre. All other shops outside intu are old and rundown including both markets

Friendly staff good food not the cheapest but reasonable and far better then 5 guys

Just a good place to meet up with friends and family for a coffee and a bite to eat

Only used it fit car park. But it was a bit pricey

Everywhere is constantly clean, all the staff are very friendly. Working here is great as there are many perks and there's also constant updates on new events happening though out the centre. Lots of facilities to keep you busy shopping in the day and to enjoy a good meal at night. Intu is keeping up the pace with how a good shopping mall should be presented and ran.

I love this mall. May not be the largest. But very nice shopping environment. Loads of parking. Though I wish the parking was cheaper or free like the American malls. But great place.

Not very exciting. Meadowhall so much better as a mall and Nottingham has better shops with more variety.

It's ok but several shops are closing and it's not the same as it used to be.

Very nice place to go shopping. Lots of choice but can get a little overcrowded occasionally. Car park is a little costly.

Recently re-developed with shops supplying something for everyone. Nice restaurants. Also Ten Pin Bowling, and a great mini golf.

Same old same old, intu is now over most of the UK, contains all the same shops, identical to each town or city.
Characterless and cold.
Cinema and food Hall with all the usual same old names... Yawn...

It has everything you would need. Makes life in Derby as whole

Access is good at off peak times, go there at your peril on a Saturday

Big store with varieties of products and brands. Massive parking area..paid though.

As a shopping centre its grand but rarely shop there and use it as walk thru to Matalan, Wilcos and Argos.. do call in Tiger to look at quirky pressies thou

A great place for literally anything you desire. Food, shopping in a modern complex. Unfortunately parking is extortionate so I would suggest parking somewhere else.

It's a glass hell and it's killing the high street , enjoy your glass hell while you walk around looking at your glass phone oblivious to the world.

Great place to shop has all top brands and a great food hall upstairs where i love to sit and people watch , traffic normally good getting in and out except rush hour :-(

Plenty to eat and drink staff friendly nice and bright welcoming

The only thing that let's this place down in the parking charges, however it's worth it, there's every possible store you could ever need there.
