It's a very modern and well maintained shopping centre. Has amenities from the basics expected (toilets, disabled access, free cash points and parking) to mobile phone charging with lockers to go with.

Boots, Debenhams, Marks and Spencer and Sainsbury's are some of the larger outlets. Some of the smaller ones (albeit still large) being Iceland, Superdrug, SportsDirect and New Look.

Also available is plenty of designer label stores, mobile phone stores, amongst others. There is a large variety available.

There is also a Showcase Cinema, bowling alley, and food court with food outlets such as Nandos, KFC, Burger King etc.

It genuinely is really good but that means it gets extremely busy, especially at the weekend and on the run up to Christmas. I generally hate people so I avoid at these times but other than that its an impressive shopping centre with a lot to offer.

Plenty to see.lots of great shops.not much you can't get if you want it. Intu staff there to help you find what you're looking for and of course if you're a bit old like me , the toilets are handy too.

Westfield is a great clean and polished shopping centre with a fantastic atmosphere, but they need to vet the food outlets or look at the customer reviews. Start with EDs easy diner very, very poor on all accounts

Love this shopping centre compared to the one I used to know as a kid. It still has the markets and is far bigger than before with a more impressive range of stores and a cinema.

The reason for only four stars is the parking, and it is purely a price thing.

I feel that the parking is too expensive, other than that there is plenty of it, easy access to the store and multiple locations.

The shopping centre itself is such an improvement and just what Derby needed. Well worth a visit even if it is just for a look round.

There is a park and ride service that helps to keep that parking cost down.

To say this place is massive is an understatement. This may put a small minority of people off but certainly not to a shopaholic as there's pretty much every shop you can think you would usually find in any shopping centre all here. Also very clean and spacious for an excellent shopping experience.

Hell on earth to be inside. An eyesore from as far away as Darley park. Crowded and full of people trying to sell you things you neither need or want. Stick to the high street if you value air, natural light and your sanity.

Very clean, maps indicating where you are and showing you where every store is and how to get there, there are plenty of resting areas if you want to sit for a while. Ample car parking spaces and a good choice of foods at the eatery.

Careful with yellow taxis at the ranks outside the centre! Some of them operate illegally with expired or cancelled council licences displayed on their windows. My daughter forgot something behind in one of them and when we tried to get it back we found out the cab license looked legitimate but was illegal.

Good shopping area with all the shops you would expect to see. A great eating hall with a good variety of food. Eagle market disappointing as it appears to have more empty stalls than open.
Intu is situated in the city centre with all its shops and fast food outlets, pubs and other visitor places.
