I have been getting mail flyers we are placing a fiber line please join now. So I did my research and on their site it says fighting for internet freedom , great marketing but not true. I called to get more information and I was told... well we are not going to run a line down your street, but if you get everyone on your street to agree then maybe.. So really you are not fighting for internet freedom. Also not really helping the rural communities. So sad when say one thing and spend money on marketing but do not follow through Stay away is my suggestion

Being in a rural area it's nice to have fast internet. I can play online games and my wife can stream netflix or any other service no problems.

Outstanding performance, value, and customer support! I was stuck with slow, and relatively expensive DSL until Ideatek came to our area. I highly recommend their service.

I was so excited that Ideatek was coming to my area. I have always experienced issues with trees that surround my property and line of sight issues. Ideatek was able to overcome these obstacles, and worked with me to get what I needed for my shop/garage and my home. So pleased!

I picked up a wireless router and staff seemed very friendly. However, I was disappointed when it took over a week and multiple phone calls to start my service after picking up router. I was trying to surprise my son who had been withdrawling from lack of internet and it didn't look good when I spent several days trying to get back online. After at least 2 service reps had contacted me, the interesting part was an office worker actually talked me through the process and was able to get me up and running. Thank you ma'am and I wish I had written down your name so I could personally thank you! I have nothing but good things to say about Ideatek ever since then...my service has been fast and reliable ever since. Thank you!
