Very cozy and very warm hotel The meeting room was very good but we had to leave the hotel. The food was good but should have been more diverse. Champagne and white wine were very good. The service was good but the staff took a long time to pass among the diners. These evenings must be a special moment for our guests. Overall, we remain satisfied with the service.
ATTENTION They do not pay the suppliers and abuse the ostrich technique by not responding to the mail. They appealed to us as a caterer, delighted customer but did not pay the bill. Brother / supplier do not trust them.

We have received NO calls, no emails and your "customer service" is closed on weekends, so you are unreachable. We came from Lyon on purpose. My question: are you proud of yourself? The money is well cashed eh there is no problem. In my life, I have seen crooks, bad ones, but you just won the palm. Travel costs, taxi costs etc, you will also reimburse them ??? I have rarely been so sickened. I can't even believe that so much nullity can exist. The reason for the cancellation is the flooding of the Seine. It's not been 48 hours since that is the case, eh, when we have a MINIMUM of neurons, we anticipate this kind of thing. At a minimum, we warn customers that there is a risk of cancellation and we do not let them manage without any recourse once there. I guarantee you that the reimbursement has an interest in being transferred Monday at the first hour. And you better call us to apologize, because we're not going to let you go. Invitation offered as a gift for a dinner in "boat fly", I make my reservation on the website and I do not receive any email. I am not more worried than that because there is an address on the invitation card. Arrival on "D-day" 5mn before boarding but .... no boat. I find it strange and after research I realize that the confirmation email has arrived in .... my SPAMS. My antivirus is what I bought it for, namely protected my PC, so far nothing abnormal. Call from the concierge who told me that the boat will make no commercial gesture what I easily understand since I am for the moment only a customer "Ideal Gourmet". What bothers me is that Ideal Gourmet has all the elements to make sure everything goes smoothly after booking (an SMS reminder that costs only a few cents?) But does nothing but say : We are sorry :(( !
