Today, 02.17.18, we are told, once there, that everything is canceled.
We have received NO calls, no emails and your "customer service" is closed on weekends, so you are unreachable. We came from Lyon on purpose.
My question: are you proud of yourself?
The money is well cashed eh there is no problem.
In my life, I have seen crooks, bad ones, but you just won the palm.
Travel costs, taxi costs etc, you will also reimburse them ???

The reason for the cancellation is the flooding of the Seine. It's not been 48 hours since that is the case, eh, when we have a MINIMUM of neurons, we anticipate this kind of thing. At a minimum, we warn customers that there is a risk of cancellation and we do not let them manage without any recourse once there.
I guarantee you that the reimbursement has an interest in being transferred Monday at the first hour. And you better call us to apologize, because we're not going to let you go.
