Must have called 4/5 times now for a quote and every time they have said they will get back to me but still nothing. What makes it worse is I usually send people here myself as a recommended computer repair shop but now people tend to be ringing me after attempting to get work done here....
My father who is in his late 80's had a laptop from Ideal some while ago and have helped with updates along the way. Recently he had an issue with Zoom and the laptop running slowly so he popped in and within a short period of time one of the guys checked, explained the issue and sorted it in about 15 mins.
And at no charge, I dread to think of how he would have been treated at a lot of other places. Obviously these guys are very knowledgeable, trustworthy and offer a professional friendly service.

Really helpful and friendly. Purchased a 24" Lenovo monitor and price wise very competitive. Didn't even know these guys were in my doorstep. Come on halesownians and Blackheathers support your local businesses and consider instead of the big corps.
Absolutely rubbish. I had my laptop looked at back in January and they said I needed a keyboard replacement. They messed me about saying they had ordered me a new one but never rang to confirm it had arrived after a few weeks. I then rang back to ask if it had arrived and no one had even ordered one in the first place. I then waited another few weeks for them to tell me that they couldn't find a keyboard to fit my particular laptop. As I decided to take matters in my own hands, I fixed it myself. I noticed that the screws in the wasn't bottom hadn't all been returned. It wasnt until recently that I had noticed that screws were missing from where my mother board was meant to be attached too. I paid fifteen pounds for them basically make my laptop worse. Not impressed being as I was a student in unfamiliar surroundings working out for a year.
