terrible service, and they do not respond to any troubleshooting issues after initial contact - lost ALL emails from previous server (Google) which was amazing, and have had nothing but problems with Microsoft exchange...epic fail

Great people make a company...Jolera has many long-time employees that care about the customer success....no service company is perfect and the sign of a good organization is how they respond. If a mistake is made, they quickly remediate and then adjust processes to plug any gaps... :)

As a former IT support consultant I can indefinitely say it was my worst company I ever worked in over 22 year as a professional IT consultant. Environment is toxic, management throws you under the bus. Human morals have no value and no meaning. As a potential employee or client, pay attention to the negative reviews. As a client looking for support, I would definitely not engage any business with Jolera. Filter out the positive short fake reviews marketed by Jolera.
