Absolutely rubbish. I had my laptop looked at back in January and they said I needed a keyboard replacement. They messed me about saying they had ordered me a new one but never rang to confirm it had arrived after a few weeks. I then rang back to ask if it had arrived and no one had even ordered one in the first place. I then waited another few weeks for them to tell me that they couldn't find a keyboard to fit my particular laptop. As I decided to take matters in my own hands, I fixed it myself. I noticed that the screws in the wasn't bottom hadn't all been returned. It wasnt until recently that I had noticed that screws were missing from where my mother board was meant to be attached too. I paid fifteen pounds for them basically make my laptop worse. Not impressed being as I was a student in unfamiliar surroundings working out for a year.
