Been using ICRCO for the last 7 years. Recently forced by the company to upgrade our server for $3k and $1k for support. Since that time, over 3 months, we have had nothing but issues. They initially sent our server to the wrong address, twice, and when we finally did get it, they didn't include the dongle to allow for proper installation. After finally getting the dongle, it has been multiple additional issues with server not connecting correctly, the AET sends not working, Clarity PACS not allowing us to send or export our films, and interfacing with PostureRay not working correctly. Over and over ICRCO support has no answers for us, or an answer that only works for a few days. I even had to pay my own IT guys $3K to deal with the issues and the problems continue which have horrible effects on the proper running of our business and patient care. Once again, waiting on ICRCO tech support again because we cannot send films. Stay away.

We recently lost our 4 year old ICRCO unit/sensor ...

We recently lost our 4 year old ICRCO unit/sensor to a power surge. ICRCO representative Brian Dunleavy handled all communications with our insurance company and due to his diligence, we received full replacement costs. Unbelievable!
We liked our past unit so much, we stayed with ICRCO. Their product is fantastic. Images are ready in seconds and can be adjusted on the computer screen (included with unit) in too many ways to mention them all.

Installed by a local X-ray company in a couple of hours. They told us this product is very low maintenance, great quality - and costs thousands less than comparable units.
I fully recommend the ICRCO product and a special thanks to Mr. Dunleavy.

Brian at ICRco is amazing, has great integrity, and follows up which we have really appreciated. When he found out out our local dealer was NOT doing his job he has taken the measures to resolve the issue and work on our behalf. Paula is also, a very kind, workable, and person of integrity. Thank you!

Brian at ICRCO has gone out of his way to help us resolve the problems that we have had with our system. His willingness to work with us even after hours on his own personal time is above and beyond.
