I'm not to sure how you call yourself a service because the wifi switches off every day, I pay for 100mb fiber and I get 20 to 30mb download ? I call you guys and you say im laging because of the servers mean while I'm playing on CSGO servers so not sure about that either or you guys are illiterate. I would not recommend this fiber host to anyone rather get Vox or something like that because these guys don't know what they are doing in my opinion Telkom fiber is better

Fine when it s working terrible to deal with when it s not. Billing does not make sense. Little info available to account holders on website. Often get cut off at call centre, no updates to faults, promised returned call never honoured! Now entering day two of internet and phones being down and no info available on progress!

iConnect are ridiculously poor at communication an...

iConnect are ridiculously poor at communication and sticking to their promised timelines. A 2 week installation time has ballooned to over a month. No one can tell me why. If I don't follow up there is zero communication from their side. Each time I do follow up I am told that "tomorrow" it will happen. Avoid this company if you at all can.

So far great assistance from Chrysie 5 stars. Thanks. I have been registered with them for about 6-9 months. Their website is still under construction (Assistance) Nothing has changed. They end the month on the 22nd. I expected that the cut off would be the night of the 22 but they do not allow you to carry data over to the the next month. There usage or data used takes hours or days not 5 -15 minutes as described. I check the the data up to 20 times a day. The last few days we had over 58% available it slowly was used when it was a few days later at 48% or just less than 60 GB even after continued checking and not using the data it went dead and a few hours later all the data was used. They charge a very high out of bundle rate so I watch it carefully. But going from 50 odd GB. To zero then after adding 50 GB it took 2-3 days to register. I received a call and was told that they are obviously having problems with their system but that just made me realise it could have been happening all these month's. Have cancelled the contract was told before registering that there's no cancellation period but now must pay for an extra month. Not recommend; fibrehoods have a few options we hopefully will be more careful not next time.

Worst company to deal with. Trying to run a business here but they are off nearly every week and always full of excuses! We signed with iConnect because the guaranteed a 99% on time. Absolutely BULL!!

We cannot work because our work are web based and we cannot make or receive any calls because we are on iConnect VOIP.

We had 13 days off in 4 months!! Shocking!

I am with Afrihost at home and have not been off once in 2 years and Afrihost is a 10th of iConnect price.

Be very cautious when signing up with IConnect... You will regret it.

The best experience I've had with my business Internet connectivity and phone system, their install was seamless and sooner than expected. My internet has never gone down since install 8 months ago. I would recommend iConnect to any business interested in a fibre and telecoms

Blocks all international calls every 2 months or so, even though we are paying to make international calls. Takes about 3 weeks to sort out, only for them to block all calls a few weeks later

The worst internet provider ever!!! I never had such terrible experience. The internet is on and off every single day. Some time for 5-10 minutes sometimes for hours. We pay for 50Mb download 50Mb upload but we don't get even close for what we are paying. In the evening it's so slow so you can't even watch YouTube. The support is terrible they never answer your phone calls! I call every day 10 times and may be some one will answer may be not. Before that had Afrihost for 2 years they are amazing!
