So far great assistance from Chrysie 5 stars. Thanks. I have been registered with them for about 6-9 months. Their website is still under construction (Assistance) Nothing has changed. They end the month on the 22nd. I expected that the cut off would be the night of the 22 but they do not allow you to carry data over to the the next month. There usage or data used takes hours or days not 5 -15 minutes as described. I check the the data up to 20 times a day. The last few days we had over 58% available it slowly was used when it was a few days later at 48% or just less than 60 GB even after continued checking and not using the data it went dead and a few hours later all the data was used. They charge a very high out of bundle rate so I watch it carefully. But going from 50 odd GB. To zero then after adding 50 GB it took 2-3 days to register. I received a call and was told that they are obviously having problems with their system but that just made me realise it could have been happening all these month's. Have cancelled the contract was told before registering that there's no cancellation period but now must pay for an extra month. Not recommend; fibrehoods have a few options we hopefully will be more careful not next time.
