I have worked with Icon for over 1 year and have never had a problem. In fact this is probably not only of the best jobs I have had but one of the best companies I have worked for. The owner is down to earth, understanding and always will to help us out. I am proud to be a part of this team!
These guys patrolling my HOA are horrible. I literally just moved in and got tagged twice my move in weekend. Never received anything from HOA and security guards are denying to give me any information on their supervisor. They literally watched me for 30+ minutes while I moved my fridge in my new home and waited for me to get it inside before they decided to tag my vehicle....take in mind they were parked the wrong direction on a corner for a completely extended period of time even after they tagged me.
Icon has done all of my event security for the last 4 years. They are professional and they keep everyone under control. Thank you for the great service.
This security team is amazing! They help out in our neighborhood making sure we are all safe at night. I used to be scared to go out after dark but because of Icon Security Services i feel safe. They are always nice. Should totally hire them!

Not professional at all. They have security guard who oversteps his bounds and tries to be a police officer. Also No one mans the designated phone which was given for me.
