NEVER BUY A CLARION PRODUCT! I JUST BOUGHT A DOUBLE DIN DECK. ONLY 2 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE ENTIRE TOUCH SCREEN MALFUNCTIONED. I THEN CALL HEAD OFFICE SERVICE DEPT AND SPOKE WITH GRAM, WHO SEEMED NICE AT FIRST BUT NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS, DIDNT EVEN RAISE MY CASE WITH SOMEONE WITH AUTHORITY WHO MAY BE ABLE TO HELP AND WORST OF ALL HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP OUT. THEY SAID I HAVE TO REMOVE DECK (WHICH WAS PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED AND COST ME 800 SINCE I HAVE BOSE SYSTEM IN CADILLAC) BRING IT TO THEM IN MISSISSAUGA AND THEY WOULD SEND IT IN FOR REPAIR. 4 WEEKS LATER I MAY HAVE IT BACK IN MY CAR FOR TOTAL OF $800 FOR INSTALL, $300 FOR VX401 DECK, AND ADDITIONAL $200 TO HAVE TAKEN OUT AND REINSTALLED. ALL THIS BECAUSE CLARION VX401 IS A P.O.S AND WORST OF ALL CLARION CUSTOMER SERVICES WAS HORRIBLE AND DID NOT CARE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO WITH A BETTER MANUFACTURER WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE A CLARION PRODUCT AGAIN.
